Vetrans Glitch: I didn't earn these

I got up through the award bracket with the arachnos helmets as well as the V.I.P. badge. I figured someone behind the scenes just finally realized how important I was.
*bump*
Thankfully, I haven't had any issues playing the glitched toon. It is kinda sad to say, I really don't want any of the stuff that came with the reward on that toon, just the badges. If it had been on any of my other toons, it probably would have been tempting, but I like her just as is. She needs to get to 50 and I need to start saving for enhancers, but otherwise, she is just about perfect.

Something that may be related happened to my account, and I've notified customer service about it. Basically, it appears I got the Cyborg and Valkyrie boosters applied without purchasing them. The booster powers and costume bits are available for any character, but there aren't any charges on my statement.
Weird, huh? To be safe, I haven't used any of these features, except to look at the costume pieces in the character creation window, but it does make me nervous.
