Fury of the Gladiator: Chance for -Res
It does and they probably are.
Edit: You've got me wondering now... I know it's a 20% res debuff, but I can't seem to find the chance to proc. If it's the same as other PvP procs it'd be 30% against player targets and 20% against PvE targets. The Achilles Heel -res proc is also 20%, so I suppose that'd make sense here as well.
"One day we all may see each other elsewhere. In Tyria, in Azeroth. We may pass each other and never know it. And that's sad. But if nothing else, we'll still have Rhode Island."
According to RedTomax's site, it's a flat 20% chance. It lasts 10.25 seconds, and won't stack from any number of sources. (It's a power granted to the target which he can only have one copy of, and the character granted that power targets themself with the debuff.)

I can't comment on the proc chance, but I have one and seen the effects of the proc in PvE.

They're two separate "set bonus" powers so I would assume they would. Might be a fun trick in powers like Whirling Sword or Irradiate.
Taking a look at this, I'm not sure it'd be worth slotting into Hot Feet given how procs work in that power - but slotting it in Foot Stomp might have some merit.

Double stacking -res would be so hawt

method: check a foe with a power analyzer and look for the name of the resist debuff.
I'll see what I can do about the PvP one, but i dont have an achilles heel right now slotted.

They stack.
So is that -40% resistance for x amount of seconds or a constant renewing of -20%?

I'm not sure I understand the question, so let me try to clarify what I meant : the Achilles Heel and Fury of Gladiator -res IOs are two different sources of -res, if both procs go off at the same time your target is debuffed by 40%.
Thanks Nih, that's what I wanted to make sure. I know the Achilles Heel is good for like 10secs, so didn't know if the Fury proc just refreshed the time as opposed to making them both kick in -40% resistance.

By that you mean checking once every 10 sec since it's a toggle?
Yes.

I've gotten a few of the PvP IO Fury of the Gladiators Chance for - Res, and i've been wondering if the proc works in PvE?
If it does, would it be a smart choice to go about slotting one in my SS/Fire brutes Fire Aura or my Fire/Psys Hot Feet?
Just want some feedback, they sell for a tasty 75ish mill last i checked.
