If your taliking about the fury bonus, yes. The combine. You are still short of the damage cap though, I believe. ( I am not now, nor will I ever be, a math person )

No idea where you are getting 400% damage bonus and fury is 200% (good luck on hitting that).
Soul Drain is 40% + 8%/target (max 10)
Against All Odds is 10% + 5.5%/target (max 10)
So you're looking at a 185% bonus when at the cap.
If you can saturate Soul Drain and AAO for the 185% bonus, combine that with the max from Enhancements of 100% and a realistic 80% Fury then you would have 445%. Now if you can just get Soul Drain permanent!
Using DM/SD's almost 400 percent damage bonus, could I combine that bonus with the Brute's 300 percent rage mark and get around 700 percent damage?
