Rules are simple:
<ul type="square">[*] Have 12 months of veteran badges or less visible on your character.[*] Contest will be held under the Atlas statue, in Atlas Park, at 6:30PM eastern on June 5.[*] Present a before version of your costume, and then an after version. Effects and booster packs allowed.[*] Judgement will be based on respect of style between costumes, and overall recognizability.[/list]
