Well since when does a stone tank need a heal to the toon. Really i set this up to be good dam buff as much as i can but including soul drain and all of that adds to it but i also didn't get it because there were other things.. to get to keep you good for running and recharge because thats the must need really for a stone tank.

It is not a heal it is an Attack the best one for DM now IMO. It does Superior damage with only a 10 sec recharge. The fact that it heals you is all the better.
I'm all for making exotic builds and I support people playing non-mainstream characters, but I have to say I think this is the strangest Stone tanker build I've seen posted.

Defense right is called to make sure if they don't hit you they don't hit you right if you have enough they might score maybe some hits but with rooted and all my regeneration will regenerate that in a fast amount of time. My build i have right now on my toon i have franken slotted and have no prob with mud pots even i don't even lost a ounce of end.. and i barley use dark consumption sometimes i use that as an another attack.. but no problems... Rock armor i don't see any use for it period you can't put it on with Granite and i only put it there for anything to put my 7.5 run my LOTG +recharge and another LOTG for another slot for +10% regen. I usually have 3 Slots into swift but im wondering it might make a difference im thinking of just removing the slot.. The 4 slotted attacks and stuff that was just for damage buff... i got that into there because we all know that granite lacks speed damage and recharge if i can keep there aggro with my mud pots then soul drain and attack i think i have enough to get my damage back up to normal without the granite armor. I added another Hetacomb into midnight grasp +dam and removed the slot from mudpots the eradication. I took off the slot from swift and now it has 3 and i put the other one under midnight grasp for 15% acc bonus. Since i seem to miss alot.. unfortunately. I hope this answers all the questions.

Translation service applied, since this made very little sense to me:
Defense means that if they don't hit you, they don't hit you, right? If you have enough Defense they might score some hits, but with Rooted and all my regeneration I will regenerate that damage quickly.
The build I have right now on my toon is franken slotted and I have no prob with Mud Pots. I don't even lose a ounce of end. I barely use Dark Consumption. I sometimes use Dark Consumption just as another attack, so no problems there.
I don't see any use for Rock Armor, as you can't use it with Granite. I only have it as a place to put a +7.5% Recharge IO and another LOTG for +10% regen.
I usually put 3 Slots into swift, but I'm wondering if it might make a difference. I'm thinking of just removing the slot.
The 4 slotted attacks and stuff was just for the damage buff. I got that in there because we all know that Granite debuffs speed, damage, and recharge. If I can keep the enemy aggro'd with my Mud Pots, then Soul Drain and attack, I think I have enough to get my damage back up to normal even with the Granite Armor penalties.

Also, how does Soul Drain hit anything without any acc in it? Soul Drain should be slotted for Recharge and Acc, you want it up as often as possible and you want it to hit.
Well, it only takes 3 slots in Granite to max out the resistance. If your endurance is fine, no need for end reduction in granite -- slot defense IOs in the other three slots and get BOTH as high as you can; then any global defense bonuses you get will add to Granite OR to your pre-granite armors. You don't have to slot weirdly OR give up any defense to get the best resistance out of Granite.
My point about the attacks is...well, let's take Smite, which is widely considered a mainstay of Dark Melee. Using level 50 versions of the IO's you have slotted, you're doing about 71% damage. Add in the 26.5% global damage buff and you're getting 97.5% damage (I'm ignoring the Granite debuff for now).
Normal slotting of Smite would get you to 95% damage or more MUCH more cheaply. Any global damage bonus you were then able to achieve would ADD TO that 95-99% initial slotted value. Let's say for the sake of argument your global damage bonus is cut in half by sacrifices made to slot Smite and other attacks more conventionally -- you'd then be doing 108% or more with Smite, much more cheaply, instead of the 97.5% you now do -- AND you'd get better end reduction, accuracy, and recharge out of standard frankenslotting in the attacks.
Global bonuses are great, but that's when you stack them on top of already ED-capped enhancement. To some degree you can swap out regular enhancement for global bonus (like you've done) and come out ahead, especially when you are getting a bonus you would not otherwise have gotten. The classic example is putting 5 Doctored Wounds IOs at level 50 into a click power like Dull Pain -- your recharge in the power drops from 95% (frankenslotted) to 90%, but you gain a global recharge bonus of 5%, so you're back where you were on Dull Pain AND you have 5% better recharge globally for everything else.
But you don't have to give up +damage slotting to frankenslot attacks -- 4 Makos gives a big damage bonus of +3, and you can throw in two more triples from any of several sets for great frankenslotting. I'd rather have several attacks slotted like that than many attacks 4-slotted with poor enhancement. You'd do ED-capped damage PLUS a big global damage bonus.
As it stands, I don't see how adding +26.5 to Smite's 71% damage slotting for 97.5% total enhancement counteracts the 30% damage debuff Granite imposes. You're at 97.5-30=67.5% instead of the 65-69% you'd have without any global damage bonus at all. Right now your global damage bonus isn't counteracting the granite debuff because it's busy counteracting the self-imposed debuff from your slotting. You have to get damage enhancement in your attacks to around 95% before the global damage bonus you have is fully available to counter the Granite debuff.
I recognize that some of your attacks are better-slotted than Smite, but none of them are really well-slotted for combat use, so the same issue applies, just to a different degree.

Not bad.
Performance Shifter +End only affects the target of the power it's slotted in. Since Dark Consumption targets the enemies around you, you're actually giving them the +End, instead of yourself. I'd suggest moving it to Stamina to replace an End Mod IO. Replace another endmod IO for the Performance Shifter: End Mod for more moving speed.
As said before, you can lose some of the defense in Granite and replace it with DamRes. You could drop the GoTA and the Def/Rech for 2 lvl50 DamRes IOs. Then replace the IOs in Earths Embrace with 5 Doctored Wounds, drop the Armageddon set in Soul Drain* and put in Cleaving Bow: Acc/Rech, Scirocco: Acc/Rech and a lvl50 Rech IO. Then put the 3 slots you have left now in each power you have a Kinetic Combat set slotted in and fill the slot with the 5th IO from that set.
*Imo, Soul Drain isn't much of an attack but more of a buff that you want up asap. The Armageddon set would probably fit better in a power that's up faster and does more damage.
Another note, you might want to play a bit with the IOs you put in Dark Consumption. That's another power you want up as much as possible. Maybe the first 2 from PS and the 2,3 and 4th from Oblit?
