First of all my on line sister....Sassy. What a sweetheart she is. 
Secondly...TA. I love him to death. What he has done for the art community is just simply amazing. 
CB...The amazing art that he has put out to this community is above words. 
Nursette....Always trying to get people in on those Rikti Raids 
Dark_Respite...The help she has given the community in making videos.
Having glanced through the list and various replies, I would add:
Black Scourge (better known as IllRad, probably).
Hauling Oates (one of the founders of Misfit Villians and, I think it's fair to say, the first major exploiter of PvP team-level stacked vengeance, at least in base raids )
I don't think Cleo was mentioned either, once a fixture in Sirens/RV.
Finally, Tantive.
Sylph Knight did not make any lists. Alas, my egotism has not been widely distributed enough it seems.
I nominate Kaoru Nan'drake and Nursette (My boss and bossette respectively), DJ Winza, Dark_Respite, Bionic Flea, and Nanook (my coach). I got tons of other friends but I dunno if I could elevate them to celebrity status just yet.
But, in my opinion, anyone in the Crimson Moon is a celebrity. (I has bias!)

Philly and Merms-They seem like Batman and Robin,Always work well together and I Think Philly with all Perc Events set up on the Justice Server,Merms and JFA,setting up those Raids and other events always seems to get her to stand out Among everyone else.
Chrome's-They are great people,planning events,they also have there own Global Channel call Chrome Support,which is very useful for Teaming,Events and Asking for help.
Quatermain-For JFA and next Generation of JFA Global Channel,also for Setting up Hami-Raids and other Events,Also JFA is good for setting up tf and forming group and once again thx for the Channel.
Mercury Down-for all those Pvp Events
Justice DJ-I no there use to be alot of them,but at one point alot of DJ where pretty famous like Judge,Merry,Rev,Radical,Prunk and Etc.You would also see them in Atlas and you could hear them on Justice Radio.
