In all [censored] seriousness though... when I first joined TA, I didn't know anyone, didn't talk to anyone, and no one talked to me. Yet Jack seemed to go out of his way to make me feel welcome in TA, and invite me into TA groups, and sometimes just hang out and chat about nothing. If it weren't for him, I probably would have left the channel a long time ago, which probably would have led to me leaving the game altogether a long time ago.
And then I wouldn't have my shiny new City Traveler badge.

The first person I met in game that I reacted to with a big giant "WOW IS THAT..." was TicToc.
He was on his namesake in Pocket D. The lighting was just perfect to make his eyes look all glowie and awesome.
The second was MissInformed at some Silver Age costume party.
Missy introduced me to Katfood and that was the beginning of the end for my free time over the last... wow, nearly four years now!

For what this thread is aiming for Troken should be mentioned. As well as his running buddies Corbin Gliss and Rakin. Not sure if anyone has thrown them up yes but should probably mention Anichi, Sorrows and Jake as well. There are more names that should be mentioned to from back when pvp was booming.
A special shout to probably the biggest zone [censored] Justice has ever had Gurch. Many would probably know him better as Funky Chunky his ice/storm troller of epic douchery.

Alright, but seriously, most popular? *whistle* I recognize almost all of the names being thrown out. Tic Toc, Kat and Thor's Assassin go way, WAY back. I almost always see them in game and on the boards posting somewhere. PvP wise, oh man, what was his name? The original Ice/EM blaster of Justice. Jonny something I think. Anyways, I know PositronBot and Black Scourge were huge presences on Justice back when PvP was big. Half the topics on the Justice boards were PvP related in those days.
