Oh, We probably won't move outside of the Galaxy zone, maybe to another wing of the arena. But theres a process I go through for the recruiting SGs.
I will say this, please keep request clear until It has been told that your SG is 'up' to give everyone the information that you beleive people would need.
Sounds fun. We don't normally recruit without a prior website application, but I hope the event is successful.

So heres how its a basic layout.
At 7:45/8:45(CST/EST)
I will get to the Galaxy Arena in the RPSG wing(Emerald). I would like for, at the start, all groups to meet there.
at 8:00/9:00
I'll start making annoucements, giving directions for the people and what wings to go to. There is the chance we WILl be using all of them, to actually make it less of a clusterfeck that It was the first time I did it.
at 8:15 approx
I'll start the first CC, Golden Age.
Following suite, I will start Round 1 of the Recruitment Talks(all told in the directions).
Then Round 1 of Trivia.
From theres its basic CC-Recruitment-Trivia.
The FINAL CC, being 'Dress up like A Virtueite' will be our last thing of the night. It will be judged by 4 people, 3 people I'm contacting hopefully this week.
That sounds like a decent schedule for things. I will gladly be there around 9pm EDT.
The Galactic Shield will be there representing... if you need another CC held, I'd be happy to do so with a 7 mill influ prize for 1st place!!!
This sounds like lots of fun.

Folks, heres the lowdown of the CCs
Golden and Silver Age will be judged by me.
DC Dress up will be me and Emmi Blaze.
Marvel Dressup will be me and Folonius
Then, Folonius will have his own CC.
Finally, we'll end with 4 judges(Me and 3 surprises) for the Virtue CC.
This is TOMMOROW, 8pm CST/9pm EST Galaxy City arena.

I was just going to go random off my knowledge and then research quickly for questions about MMORPGs and CoX universe(mostly lore). So sorta have questions ready?
I would love to come to represent The Crimson Academy, however I'll be at baby shower, and since I'm the god mother I have to go. I will try to get one of my people to show up. If you allow it, it's for a Heavy RP themed school, but it is allied with The Jadewire.
