copy tool not working?

I've got exactly the same problem. Even been trying for approx 3 days now as well. (Well, 2 days, and the night preceeding.) Can we at least get an ETA of when it might be up again? (Kind of assuming it's been turned off for one reason or another, as it's been up and running before and is generally tested technology.)
Yup, have the same problem. Just waiting for the copy to take place for testing.

My Search Fu worked!
Well...
Maybe I spotted the topic when I loaded up the page to get to the search window.
I cleared out older versions of my heroes to be replaced by current ones. No go.
What is frustrating is that I copied over one guy JUST OUTSIDE of his Cape Mission door, so I could see if the Cape Mission has changed with the new Hero 1 capsule and all. Curses, foiled again.

well my characters finally copied... always after you give up and ask and look like a fool right?

1 - Peititon in game when it happens.
2 - Pretty sure unless it's a big weekend for testing, they tend to not go in to kick the copy tool when it goes down after Friday work hours.

This appears to be the case. I was trying since Friday. It's now Monday afternoon, and, after a petition, my transfers went through, as well as some new ones.

The copy tool is outside the game, and requires some... mothering. And there doesn't seem to be anything in particular to let them know when it's down, so that's why a petition (from live or test) can help speed up it's return.

I've been trying to copy characters onto the test server to no avail for the past 3 days, I'd dearly like to test the new Task Force and try a couple other things and play with the MA system's new features but I've tried copying several characters about six times and it's no go.
I can create a new character on test and get in, but the copy just won't work.
