My "power" tray suddenly takes up my entire screen, and I cannot click anywhere or use any other menu's. I can turn the tray off with the /tray command, and I have tried to reset all trays, but it does not alter the huge full screen power tray.

I am at my wits end anyone have any idea's how to fix this?

Additional info - It is only occuring on one specific character not my others which leads me to beleive it is some wierd setting button i hit by mistake.

Wow, impressive! You can set the scale of individual windows in the interface and I guess yours got set to huge somehow. Let's see, what was the command...

/windowscale tray1 1

Or something along those lines.

When I do that what happens is the font and icons shrink or get largers but the tray still encompasses the entire screen. Also this is the ONLY tray doing this.

You can just log into a character that has your preferred setup and do a "/wdwsave", then log onto the affected character and do a "/wdwload"

Tried the wdwload and save thing, it reloaded all my other window settings but the "power" tray was still covering the entire screen :/

Needing serious help here.

At this point, it might be a good idea to just get a /petition rolling. That information is saved in the character data on the server, so maybe there is something they can fix on their end...

i had this happen to me once a long time ago when i tried the "safe mode". The trays covered the whole screen and window scale did nothing to help and the GM's Devs were clueless. So i uninstalled the whole game then reinstalled. It's a pain in the bottom, but it worked fine.

Here is the thing, it does this on every computer I log in on.

Miss_Blue had a resolution issue that affected her client. She probably didn't even really need to reinstall, but double check that the resolution didn't reset back to safe mode defaults.

Yours is a scaling issue which is saved in your character data. That's why it follows you wherever you go. I'd like a screen shot to see how bad it actually looks. A scale command (/windowscale tray 1.00) should fix it for you. I don't understand why it's not... did you get a response from support yet? Have you tried the scaling sliders in your options as well?

Hate to say it, but could it be a data corruption problem on the character? I've seen that command you posted work every time something like this comes up on some of my friends characters.
