Actually, I sort of wished I'd looked into jujitsu at some point. The styles I've studied were both fairly light on grappling, which while limited for self-defense, is a good way to restrain someone without beating them into a pulp.
Oh, I have studied other martial arts, but I've never reallyhad a grappling game, so this was an acheivement trying to do takedown and not kciking and punching.

I have a hard time seeing a "light" form of jujitsu. Might as well go study wrestling and hang out with the folks at the WWE if you want "light" grappling.

last night at jiujitsu training, I went a full round against one of the bluebelts with neither of us being able to tap the other out. This is the first time I've gone the distance with a blue belt!
