For a much simpler way, just go to Cascade and follow the waypoint on the south section of the map for "Fire Base Zulu".
That will bring you to an underground portal that you cannot enter without the key.
The guy that holds the key is wearing a white lab coat and standing just to the right of the portal, named "Mole Point Operator".
All you have to do is click on him and he'll give you the key. NO missions, arcs or contacts are necessary.
Then you can use that portal to go back and forth whenever you want.

Past runs I've been on with Mr. E have been in the 3-4 hour range. Usually closer to 3 hours.

I feel bad for Luna's team. Being EX'd down and disconnecting forced the TF up to lvl 50 and there is no way to fix that. Hopefully there isn't much more to go. Good luck everybody.

Thank you to every that actually showed up last night!
We had a bit of a rough start, and it only got worse from there lol 
I laid down on the couch about an hour before the TF to read a book. Ended up falling asleep and the husband didn't think to wake me up until ten minutes before the start time. Yikes!
We only had 16 people signed up, and out of that we had 4 not show up! Luckily we had one person who was interested in joining. People must really hate this TF. I got my husband to log on and he helped us start both teams. MB's team ran with 7 and we had 6 on ours.
My team was:
DarkestFrost: Dark/Ice Defender (44)
Flames of Mr. E: Fire/Shield Scrapper (42?)
FreezeUnder: Ice/Kin Controller (44)
Motopsycho Nitemare: Psi/MM Blaster (50)
Dragao: Invul/SS Tank (50)
Frost Victim: Ice/Ice Blaster (43)
We finished in 3:33 hours with 69 deaths. I'm actually very pleased with this. Keep reading for why!
Since we only had 2 50's on the team, we exemped them down to run the TF since it scales.
Somewhere around mission 9 or 10 Scruffy started having major connection issues so he had to restart his computer. Unfortunately Xort was exemped to him, and when we had someone else Exemp Xort, it broke the Task Force. Bah!
Next mission everything was set at 51 
We worked for a while to try to reset it, but of course that didn't work out. We finally decided to try to force our way through the TF. We had Dragao sk up Mr. E, and Xort Sk'd up Scruffy. Myself and Frost Victim were un sk'd. Luckily the next mission MB finished his TF and leveled both himself and my toon thanks for our level pact. That actually helped out! That put me up to level 45 and I started hitting a few more things
We actually did pretty well considering the circumstances! The first misison was a bit rough while we got our footing, but after that we did alright! Luckily a lot of the dark set is auto-hit. I was able to use Tar Patch, Howling Twilight, Darkest Night, and Ice Storm (is that the name?) and have them work. I also have Power Build Up on that toon, so if I hit that when it came up, and then hit my heal, my heal usually worked
We got to the final mission and tried to pull some of the enemies away from the AV. Unfortunately Ruladak didn't agree with that plan We had a couple of team wipes, but once we got restocked on inspirations we took him down pretty easy.
Thank you to my team for sticking it out! It was very frustrating to not know what to do, and not be able to fix something. I still think my team is destined to be cursed each week

It was a lot of fun as always!
It was unfortunate that Scruffy had to restart & the EX was lost, but it happens...
We worked through it & were able to complete the TF even with that little handicap.
If we did not have that happen, we would have probably finished in about the same time that MB's team did. As it is, you could knock at least 20-30 mins off of our time that we spent trying to reset the TF level & then sitting in that mission waiting for the petition response.
Great fun! I'm glad we were able to make it through to the end & take down Ruladek!
The next TF is more of a social gathering, so it should be nice & relaxing - maybe we'll get a zombie invasion to spice things up a bit...
Thanks for running this Luna & MB - I appreciate the organizing you both do for these TFs.
