Well, I think you can have two accounts under the same PlayNC master account.
Go here and log in. Click on "Use serial code," and enter your code. (Or if you bought it through the NCsoft store logged into that account, it will show up there automatically.)
Keep in mind that your PlayNC master account name and game account name are not necessarily the same thing, although I think most people probably make them the same. If you have two City of Heroes accounts under one PlayNC master account, you'll have to have a different name for at least one of them.

Yeah you can have pretty much as many COH game accounts as you'd like from one NC main login. However, the game accounts cannot have the same name nor login as each other, and you'd have to pay for both separately (or on the same card, but you'd be paying for BOTH).

I didnt know this when I created my second account, so I opened a new NC account. But my third account I put under my original NC account, although it did cause me to activate a key under the wrong one once.

Between us my wife and I have 4 CoH cccounts all under a single master PlayNC account, obviously each with their own unique names. (plus our Guild wars, AA (oops), TR (double oops) and Dungeon Runners).
Makes everything significantly easier to keep track of if you ask me.
