Since it is occasional arena, I would go therm since a heal in the zones is pretty useful.

Son/Pd hits like a ton of bricks in zone. You get alot of room in the build to thanks to the way buffs are treated. I will sat not having painbringer in even in this pvp should be a crime. Its so damn sexy.

I will work on my sig pic more when I have time.
Sonic/ is pretty solid for PvP, PvE, and leveling, but I am stuck on which secondary to take. Which secondary would be most viable with Sonic/ pvp wise between /dark, /therm, /rad? Mainly for just zone PvP and the occasional arena.
Edit: If their are any other secondaries that meshes well with Sonic/ do tell. Those three were just the ones i distinguished from looking at threads over this forum.
