The command is /architect. When you get the accolade, you get a lovely macro that has an emote and that command.
That blue thing running around saying "Cookies are sometimes food" is Praetorian Cookie Monster!
Shoot on sight, please.
Also /architect lets you use the interface *ANYWHERE*. In a mission, SG Base, Middle of the shadow shard... etc

The second half of the macro button you get from the accolade is an emote: MAtablet, which is jsut like clipboard, but with a blue MA screen instead.
