What primary/secondary yields the best damage?

Search for Shield/SS or Shield/Fire threads. There are plenty lately.
Or a Fire/SS/Pyre.

Primaries you will be looking at Shield (AAO)and Fire (aura,fe,burn).
Secondaries I would suggest Superstrength (rage) Dark Melee (Soul Drain) or Dual Blades(combos and Blinding Feint).
As mentioned Pyre mastery is the clear choice for epic.

+1, a great damage build.
I'd say SD/SM for single target and SD/Fire or Fire/Fire for AE. SD/SS is probably the best mix (might be Fire again). Pyre is a no-brainer.

I'm currently a WP/SS tanker and with perma rage seem to deal some pretty decent damage. My blaster does more obviously but not so much that I no longer appreciate my tankers output. My question is, whats the best damage output primary/secondary possible on a tanker? Is it possible for one to get pretty scrapper esque?

Most Tanker AT combos can get Scrapper-esque if built and slotted correctly.
Just be prepared to alpha'd to death a lot
