Blood Mandate Recipies

These recipies are usually overlooked by people, but I'm willing to go the distance for these things. Oh, and it's on the Infinity server red side.

I'm looking for a level 50 Blood Mandate Recipie or Enhancement: Accuracy/Damage

Also looking for a level 50 Blood Mandate: Damage

I need 2 of each and I'm willing to pay about 3mil each.

So if you have any just laying around look me up

I think I may a 1 or some...I'll try to get on tonight and check. It's on Champion though so we'd have to go through WW

Given that Blood Mandate is awesome, and you are red side, expect it be in short supply. Blitz a bunch of AE missions and roll bronze. Youll get 1-2 from the set per 20 rolls on average.
Might take a while, but its better than spending merits on them.

Don't buy 50's, they're largely a waste.

If you malefactor, you'll lose the bonuses. They cost almost double what 49's do to craft for a percent of a percent difference in effectiveness. And if you're slotting more than just those two pieces in your powers, I guarantee you'll notice no difference if you go for lower 40s pieces, or even mid 30s. (Plus you get to keep the set bonuses further down.)

Plus, if you go for sub-50s, you'll get them faster and at a severely lower cost.

For most of the IO's I go after, there's a considerably larger supply at max level- admittedly, at a far greater cost. This is because most of everything that people generate in this game is created by level 50's.

Maybe Blood Mandate is so unloved that there are droves of them sitting around at level 36. There are recipes like that.

So you think you're a hero, huh.

[/ QUOTE ] I agree. I've found that the <50 versions are often just as expensive b/c of how few there are of them. However, it is good advice to check and see if you can save some INF by shopping the lower levels.

50s are generally easier (ie, quicker) to get, but lower levels are usually cheaper. I normally bid a spread of 3 or 4 levels in the mid 30s when I need a popular Pool A and then cancel the other bids once one fills. It usually takes a day or two, and sometimes I end up with two bids filling, but that's no big deal since I can relist at a slightly lower price and recoup most or all of my inf... at worst I'm out a lot less than it would take to buy a 50.

Of course that takes time and slots. Max level recipes have abundant supply compared to other levels, so you can normally either "buy it now" or fill the bid overnight if you are willing to pay a premium. If you normally make a million or more inf a day per slot you really don't want to have several of them occupied for several days just to save a few hundred k... but if you are just using your slots to sell drops and pre-bid on IOs you'll need later (what I normally do on actively played characters) then it's no big deal.

The great thing about Blood Mandate is that they are all uncommon Type As, so there's a steady supply at all levels. Place a few competitive bids and wait a while and they'll fill... I like the low to mid 30s myself while leveling up (so I can use them sooner) or the high 30s to low 40s for a level 50. I can't see paying the inflated crafting costs for a level 50 IO, and I'd rather keep my set bonuses when I exemp to 40 or even 35 than have a tiny bit more enhancement. The difference between level 35 and level 50 IOs is unnoticeable in actual gameplay, especially if you are in the ED capped range.
