Need to figure out which 4th pool power to take!!!
hasten = good, it only pulls down the blue because you attack faster and if you attack faster you make things dead faster. Its only ever a good thing, it has a nominal crash but with even a mediocre IO build QR and stamina this shouldnt be noticeable.
You wont get much from leadership
your job is to punch things and make them less alive, rezing is what other people do
My opinion, drop flight for speed pool and take fighting for 4th
Hasten costs no endurance to activate but does have a modest -end component when it ends. If you can make it perma, then there is no crash, I think. But some will say if you have enough recharge to make Hasten perma, then why do you need Hasten? Also, keep in mind, Hasten does very little for WP.
Since you seem to be waffling on another power pool, I suggest you transfer your toon to the Test server and try each set out. That way you don't blow a respec. Medicine, Fighting and Leadership are all viable options but...
Medicine Pool-- Self heal is probably the best power for you. Waste of a power to get to it though unless you are going for healing badges. It is your job to kill things before they kill other members of your team so Resuscitate may not be a good fit. but to each his own really.
Leadership- each power here has a good team buff but really the best 2 picks for you as a brute might possibly be Maneuvers and Tactics.
Fighting Pool- each of the 2 attacks, Kick and Boxing may help fill out an attack chain and I believe they help maintain/build Fury. Tough and Weave will help your survival.
ok, that makes sense. The only reason I wanted flight is becasuse of Air superiority for an extra attack on the chain, but I guess with hasten going on that wouldn't be an issue, huh? Awesome thanks. =D
Hasten does nothing for WP? How so?

WP has almost no powers that need +recharge. SoW has a fixed recharge time of 6 minutes. Many people do not take Resurgence, but if you are dying before it can recharge, change tactics or difficulty or find friends. Toggles have a recharge period if you turn them off or are defeated, just wait for them.
(Went back and fixed that about Hasten doing nothing for WP-- posting without thinking things all the way thru and kids distracting me)
Fighting for Tough and weave. You don't need medicine because you are wp which already has lots and lots of regen so its pointless. The extra def and res is always nice to have any ways.

WP only has two click powers. Resurgence, that the majority of player seem to skip anyway (and frankly, if you're dying often enough to need it more than every 300 seconds, you're doing something wrong), and Strength of Will, that ignores recharge buffs if I recall correctly. Its other powers are Toggles and Passives. And of the Toggles, only Rise to the Challenge gets shut off when you're mezzed, so it's the only one where recharge has even a tiny tactical impact.

lol, sorry that was a brainfart on my part. Hasten definitly does nothing for WP, I know. No one takes resurgence? Self-rez? well, I am, mainly because I like to use self-destruct sometimes , and it would be useful for soloing. Anyway, back to the pools, I think I may go with Leadership, just because the extra Def/Acc/Dam would be a good time for soloing as well as on a team. And I find weave and tough appealing too. Would that be too many toggles going on at once tho?

Nope its not if you slot for end rdx any ways you would need to do the same for leadership maybe a bit more.

Leadership offers brutes nothing for the end costs, the +damage in assualt is laughable (10.5%) compared to what you get from fury for no end cost, tactics offers some tohit but on a even mediocre build hitting things should never be a problem and manuevers is a pathetic 3.5% defence fully slotted, buy a +def IO and call it quits. Vengence however is awesomesauce for every AT however you need a corpse to use it and if your team mates are dying you arent really doing your job very well If you want good benefits from leadership toggles roll a VEAT as their values are massive and you have no pre-requisits to pick and chose or a defender which has the highest values of the other ATs. Do what you do best, smash stuff up and make it as dead as you can as fast as you can, let other ATs buff, its what they are designed to do, play to your strengths.
drop fly and take speed and fighting......
I would go with speed pool and hasten yourself up.
Words to the wise aren't necessary- it's the stupid ones that need them.
"You're right...I forgot...being constantly at or the near the damage cap is a big turn off. Definitely not worth it."

Medicine would be a waste of 2 powers IMO.
First because its most useful for defensive sets, and seeing as how WP doesn't have much defense you will be getting hit a lot and having it interrupted a lot.
Second is that that means that you will be constantly clicking it a lot looking for that lucky break wasting about 13 end a click, which probably wont be so much of a prob with QR and stam, but still noticeable.
Third, it only heals 293 health unslotted, which in my view will be VERY small and unnoticeable compared to a level 50 WP w/ unslotted HPT's health (1798),
Last and most importantly, w/ 3 slotted for heal fast healing and RttC (set to 3 critters because looking at your posts it looks like you solo a lot), you will get a grand total of 598% regen(44.9 health/second) meaning it will take you about 6 seconds to regenerate what aid self heals, and seeing as how it is a non-interruptible passive that is a constant steady flow of 2.5% of your health per second and how aid self has a recharge of 20 seconds, a cast time of 4.33, an actual recharge of 24.33 seconds (powers don't start recharging until animation is done), an interrupt time of 1 second (trust me, thats a long time in the thick of battle), and only a 19.6% heal unslotted, the math shows that u will have regenerated 60% of
your health in the time it takes aid self to recharge, 4 times as much as the healing power of aid self, not even accounting the possibility of being interrupted; don't even get me started with max critter count for RttC(10) and health, which is 77 health a second.
On the other hand, tough and weave would be the best choice and I haven't seen many WP brutes without it, I wouldn't really recommend leadership because the defense buff is really small and the end drain coupled with running all those toggles would be a beast, but you could always take it if you feel a lack of damage/acc in your attacks.
Anyways, I hope this helps and I hope you have fun w/ your brute.
yup, drop flight and pick up fighting and hasten.
The more people I meet, the more I'm beginning to root for the zombies.

ok, I'm convinced, you guys are awesome, holy knowledge! Speed and Fighting it is. Thank you!

I have a EnM/WP Brute, Love him to death, and I gave him powers from the Health, Leaping, and Flight pools, and I'm torn as to which of the rest to take. I like the Leadership pool, never toyed with it before, but I'm not sure how effective the powers are, plus I already will have 3 or 4 toggles going on already. On the other hand, Medicine sounds good too, being able to heal/rez others with my brute sounds weird but cool. The other option is fighting, does hasten really crank on your end that bad? I do have the QR/Stam combo, and anything I do can be respec'd where I haven't yet. Can anyone that has used these power pools before help a noob out?
