I would suggest slotting part of the Achillies set for a defensive debuff, but of course you'll want to throw in the Resistance debuff chance.

Recharge and damage in equal proportion. Endred, defdebuff and stun are nice, but not required.
My choice slotting for a controller consists of:
Undermined Defenses: Rech
Undermined Defenses: DefDebuff/Rech
Undermined Defenses: Endred/Rech
Peroxisome
Peroxisome
Peroxisome
Of course, the Perox's are a lot easier to come by over on the blue side and the controller benefits more from the +damage and +end invention buffs.
Thugs/ Storm here. How do you reccommend slotting Tornado? Pure PvE player. I have plenty of slots as I don't take any of the attacks in Thugs.
