I would like to thank everyone who tired and came out to get their RV AV badges.
Villains were able to spawn two AV's: Sister Psyche and Statesmen.
When the shift ended, the heroes were unable to take over the pillboxes need to spawn the villain side AV's.
Again, I want to thank everyone who came and tried.

Well, that was short and interesting.
Zoned in on my Crab a few minutes before it began, started taking out pillboxes, spawned the AVs, but they were ignored by the villain players en lieu of the hero players. I just saw lots of orange names and battle all around, so I figured I oughta' jump in instead of standing around being an easy target for whatever. Next thing I know, Hawk cancels the event. Hooray.

I was in the zone for like 1 minute before it got canceled.
I almost killed Dark Omega though. :P

After you canceled it, I continued to fight pillboxes. We took out three AVs at Bravo; Captain Mako, Scirocco, and Ghost Widow were the Villain reinforcements. I was on my tank named "Freya B." Once you canceled it most of the villains left the zone. I figured it was planned to be a festival of PvP rather a festival of badges after hearing some of the PvP talk in the PvP zones about the event tonight. I had fun either way and helped others get some badges.
I'm glad to have participated. I need these badges on my villain though. My Corruptor, Boxxy Icebox, is who I plan on making my Villain Badge Hunter. If there is another time that you plan on doing this, I'd like to suggest not advertising it on the forums. I understand that it brought ALOT of players together, but many were frustrated (not myself) about the PvP involved in this badge hunt.

It might be easier if you can get your Supergroup/Villaingroup to assist you in a less advertised instance.
Thanks for the PvP to those that PvPed. I totally found out that my Warmace/Shield tank is NOT and AT that can PvP... At all... It's horrible. I'm glad it is not IO'ed out like I had planned. Soooo, at least that is good news. I could have wasted a lot of time IOing it out.

Er. It might also help if you advertise it as specifically being a badging event. Not that I would have taken part either way, but my understanding was that it was mainly meant to be a PvP event.
But maybe I'm just an idiot.

I woud ahve stayed longer if it wouldnt have taken 20+ requests for a team from either side....waste of time to me....got no badges....

It was a fun event. I was on BOTH sides.
I was also on blue and red side. I had a bunch of fun. Thanks for running that event. Good PvPing all around for the team I was on.

There was really no organization. Also broadcasting where we going, when you knew fully that there was going to be opposite side waiting for us.
After it was cancelled though did manage to get 3 of the badges
Killed Villians.

That's good and all.......but I think Ninja meant PvP wise. Besides....NOW they took over prestige wise from the Nites, since most of the Nites have been "chillin."
