I'm pretty sure you can get the new CoH: Architect Edition in Canada. Someone asked about it a while ago, and a Canadian player reported that the Architect Edition boxes were available in game stores.
There are quite a few Canadian players in my SG, and I'm pretty sure they bought their copies off the shelf as well.
If you haven't seen CoH in stores, it's possible the game boxes aren't in your area (or sold out, etc). But they certainly do sell the game in your country.
If your local game stores don't have any boxes on hand right now, you could always ask them to order a copy for you.

Why can't the OP simply buy the full game from the NCSoft Online Store? They sell full versions of the game there.
They'll put the code for the game he bought on his account, then he logs in and upgrades his account thru the Use Serial Code, and once his account is upgraded he'll have full access.
Edit: nvm Zombie said it.

This is the simplest way to do it. He does not need to buy the actual boxed edition of the game at all.

They used to. If you ask they should be able to get it in.
If you have an EB games near you, they stock them, or did last time I was in one.
And if you get a preloaded visa gift card you should be able to buy the game from NcSoft's site IIRC. Never tried it, but it should work.
If you have a paypal account(not sure if minors can get one or not) you can use that - they can attach directly to bank accounts, even Canadian ones.
Failing that, you can always ask your parents to use their credit card to buy it and pay them back with cash.

can i like use my parents visa card?
and not use any of their money?

If you use their credit card, after buying a retail serial code, to confirm the set up of the account at the end, it may do a "verification" charge - usually about $1 US and immediately refunded, it's just to make sure it's active - but if it's a debit card then you generally need to have *some* money in there for it. I've had it do it before and depending on the bank, it doesn't even list it in my statement.
If you do that, you do need to cancel billing before the month is up to make sure it doesn't charge a sub. payment to the card if you are not allowed to have that happen.
Please note - do not use your parents card AT ALL without their knowledge (and make sure they know any possible charges will be from NCSoft or NC Interactive or PlayNC, don't recall) because if they challenge/reverse the charges, your account will be BANNED. Period, and I'm not sure how often it's reversed. We've had people who's wife or husband didn't realize which company it was, reverse the charge, and their account was banned, and at the very least the initial responses told them "No hope" for re-opening the account.
If you use a time or game card (here in the US, I can go to the 7-11 and pick up a 20 dollar card that gives me a months sub, a 30 day jetpack, and lets me either re-up my game account or create a new one) to start your account, keep that first one, as if anything happens and they ask for first payment info, they want the entire card no (for credit cards, just the last four)

I live in Thunder Bay, Ontario. I have a brother in Toronto, Ontario, and a sister in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In these 3 cities, Future Shop, Best Buy, and EB Games get NC Soft Time cards in too few a quantity, and on a very irregular basis. When I inquired at Walmart about NC Soft timecards, they gave me a look like I had spontaneously started speaking in a dead language.
These cards are so troublesome to find that I gave up and now use a MasterCard Debit Card. As for Visa Debit Card... In Canada, they work just fine. (Yes, even the MuchMusic Prepaid MasterCard works just fine.)
But, like so many others have explained, once yer 14 day free trial period is over.. the free part is over. To continue you must either start a whole fresh new trial account which means no access to yer current characters... or you must buy a game code and upgrade your trial account to a full subscription account, and pay money for each month you wish to play. The upgrade of a trial account will allow you continue with the characters you created in the trial period, and give you access to other ingame systems such as global channels, make your own team, join an SG, etc.
Welcome, and good luck!
