RWZ Challenge Defined

Alright, I've got the pylon thing down, but I thought I'd give the RWZ challenge a try before I start hitting AVs. What exactly are the parameters for the challenge. Is it two or three groups of at least +3s without temps or insps?

Thanks!

No insps.
No temps.
1 level 54 spawn with 3 bosses.
The entire spawn must be aggroed on you at all times.
You can herd them around a nearby corner to maximize usage of damage or mitigation auras but you can not split spawns up.

I believe no click accolades is also a rule (eye of the magus and elusive mind would make it a breeze)

Generally considered covered under the no temp rule, but worth clarifying.

Only if you're a pansy. Real scrappers make do with Brawl, and Snow Ball if they're feeling bored.

Back when I first read about the RWZC, it seemed the consensus was that T9s were not in the spirit of the challenge.

I guess SoW, the new MoG and OwtS have changed all that huh?

Well, it started as the RCS (before heavy IO use) where you fought a 3 boss group of even cons (lvl50 was the highest you could find there, iirc). Tier 9s trivialized that a bit more than it does now. For one thing, it was far easier to kill a +0 group within 3 minutes, but a beating a +4 within that same time frame is much harder - making the crash a much more real possibility.

That's how I remember it, anyways. I could be off a bit.

I like how Iggy_Kamakaze did it. Look in his sig for a nice vid. Did it using swip. Just swipe.

Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?

Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?

That's my recollection, but these days folks seem to have forgotten the spirit of the challenge. It was supposed to be a stress test for your build. If you typically use your tier 9 in game play, then it's quite valid for the challenge. If the only time you could see using the tier 9 is to pass the challenge, then you're doing yourself a disservice.
