Most solo friendly sets
I've had very good fortune with my sonic/dark corr. I get good attacks from the sonic side as well as a sleep and disorient. From dark you get the usual goodies of twilight grasp, tar patch, shadow fall and, at the top of the list, dark servant.
This might not be for everyone, but it's worked well for me.

/rad, /dark/ and /storm would be good soloers. Traps and Sonic provide mezz protection but /traps is very ...eh and /Sonic only has like 3 powers that will actually help you when solo. Fire/Traps would be a pretty decent soloer.
I have seen good things from Sonic/Rad , very good things.

What's so 'eh' about traps?

And this topic creeps out again...
Primaries:
There aren't any 'Bad' primaries for Solo play, but Dark/, Ice/, and Sonic/ all have tools that make soloing easier. (-acc and AoE Immobilize in Dark; -Spd, -Recharge, and single target holds in Ice; -Resistance, an AoE Sleep, and a single target stun in Sonic.)
Secondaries:
/Dark Miasma, /Radiation Emissions, and /Storm Summoning are all just as effective solo as in teams.
/Cold Domination and /Kinetics are also both quite capable soloing sets. In the case of these sets, they loose some key powers... they have different play styles when on teams.
/Traps is rather like /Devises for blasters. If you're willing to work with it and take your time, it can be very safe to use when solo.
/Pain Domination, /Sonic Resonance, and /Thermal Radiation are all poor choices for soloing. They will have few powers that can be used solo, rendering most of the set completely useless. It can be done, but not easily...

And Fearsome Stare!
Sonic/Dark is almost like a controller.
Also, Fire/Dark if you want soloing with lots of damage.
Ice Blast on its own will let you solo on Relentless - Sonic does better against larger crowds of Lts and minions, but lacks the quick mez stacking for bosses. Either of those will allow you to take whatever you want for a secondary, because you can mez anything that may be a problem.
And with a good soloing secondary (they've been mentioned already in the thread) any primary will work.
Personal recommendation - my first "solo" Corruptor was Ice/Rad that hit 50 back before i9; it was practically easy mode and I got around the high toggle costs by not using them all that much - Accelerate Metabolism and Freeze Ray was sufficient most of the time, and if I really needed the extra damage I'd throw out EF but RI has a long enough animation that I was typically stunned/mezzed in the upper levels before it even finished activating.
it has gone from unconscionable to downright appalling that we have no way of measuring our characters' wetness.

I have an Energy/Dark that i did mostly solo up to 46. Alot of people don't like energy, but the knockback combined with all of the slows and holds in dark make it great for soloing. plus tarpatch + fearsome stare + nova is amazing.
I typically enjoy playing in large teams, but I've kind of wanted to do some soloing lately. I'm thinking about rolling up a solo corruptor. Can anyone recommend some good solo friendly sets for one?
