Can you say the samething for Soulbound Allegiance then? will it only effect me as the MM or will it effect my hench who have it slotted in ther power on my mm?

Soulbound only works on the pets, gaussian's chance for... only affects the powers' caster, i.e. you.

Riley, you're only sort of right. Both work only on you the MM. Read the Soulbound Allegiance carefully. It gives you (the MM) an aura. The aura gives your pets the bonus when they are close to you.
Gaussian's only affects you. And, if you weren't aware, it is only half as powerful as normal buildup.

Soulbound proc only works on the pets, Gavin. It also doesn't work on any pets except for the tier 3 pet and soul extraction.

effect everyone that is being effected by lets say the leadership tactics or just my main MM who has it slotted?
