DM/SD: Can this powerful build achieve this?

I predict no, the regen is just way too high. I know an ill/rad cont who beat some a while back, but you need something to kill that regen. Scrappers are only SUPPOSED to be the best soloist, lol.
You pretty much need -regeneration to solo GMs. The amount of raw DPS is largely unattainable. See: Illusion/Rad conroller.
The highest DPS I've seen so far out of Dark Melee/Shield Defense was about 300 DPS. Giant Monsters regenerate the equivalent of about 360 DPS. So unfortunately no, not possible with a scrapper.

I've done this on my Ill/rad (It's slow, but the merits are nice, So a one woman GM team is cool, and every extra participant is gravy)
but without perma "Lingering Radiation" ?
