What excactly are they with MA?

/Fire - Resistance set
/Shields - Defence set

I would probably pick /Shields in my situation, soft cap all three positional defences, moderate resistances, a few team buffs, good survivability, and that I prefer /Shields.

You could still create a good theme with a Fire/Shield Scrapper

What set IOs have melee defence as a bonus?
The only ones I can think of are:

Touch of Deaths
Obliterations

Can anyone else think of anymore? And do any of the pvp IOs have melee defence as a pve bonus? This doesnt include the steadfast +3% def and the pvp IO +3% def.

there is a 1% chance you recieve a pvp IO
so every 100 kills means you're guranteed atleast one

I cannot find any maps in MA that have lava on them. I'm mainly looking for the last mission of the "Hero's Hero" arc from Maria Jenkins, as at the end you battle Tyrant in a map that has some lava.

Can anyone tell me what category it is in? Or do I have to purchase a custom map pack with tickets for it? Or any other maps with lava? I was also looking for the Striga Isle Volcano map from the Hess TF.
