Personal badge tracking resources out of game

Badge-Hunter does that for you I believe. I don't use it myself, so you'll have to read around in the site to figure out exactly what to do.

I fully endorse the original post. While both Badge-Hunter and CIT are great, to get full benefit from either you have to run a separate program (Herostats or Glycerine). A preferable solution is something that doesn't have to be run outside of the game.

I know the vault is cancelled, but can we at least have a tracking tool for our personal use on PlayNC or something so we can find out which badges we do and don't have while signed into a PC/Mac/whatever else that does not have City of Heroes?
Could it also function with xml so fansites can implement the badge data in badge planner services?
I am not asking for a full implementation of the Vault. I'm just interested in at very least the badge data being available, whether an interface is provided or not.
