Corrs vs. Scrappers
Corruptors aren't broken by any stretch. Why do they need a buff, especially since many of them have a plethora of +damage or -resistance powers that can self buff their damage.

Scrappers have quite a few +damage powers themselves and the trade off for -res powers would be Def, Res, Mez protect/resis, self rez AND 'godmode' powers.

if you use the debuffs and +damage powers your corr will perform the way it should. they don't need anymore damage.

Then I don't get your point. What needs to be fixed here? Why buff an AT that doesn't need a buff? If any AT needs more damage, it's Defenders not Corruptors.
I'm with fury, why do it if it's not needed? There's plenty of changes that ARE needed, so why waste time on this one?
Heck, with Damage slotting and Assault, I do just dandy on damage, at least by Elec/ standards.
If anything, a chance to Crit on the opening Snipe would be nice. But since you have no Hide mechanic like Stalkers, it's impossible with the current engine.
The off-beat space pirate...Capt. Stormrider (50+3 Elec/Storm Science Corruptor)
The mysterious Djinn...Emerald Dervish (50+1 DB/DA Magic Stalker)
The psychotic inventor...Dollmaster (50 Bot/FF Tech Mastermind)

IMO, even though Corrs and Defenders share many powersets, it seems that Scrappers are actually the Corrs inverted twin.
While Scrappers melee and get a better chance to crit against stronger enemies; Corrs range and get a better chance at critting weaker enemies.
Difference being that Scrappers even get a chance to crit against all enemies; even con and lesser; while Corrs wait until the health meter hits 50%.
Would there be any objections to giving Corrs a slight chance to crit even if the health bar is above 50%?
