Allow costume change tokens to be traded or sold!

I'd actually be pretty okay with Costume Change tokens being sold for MERITs, but not influence.
Influence could be traded. So I (36 month vet) could make an alt, sell all her tokens for inf, and transfer it to another character. Lather rinse repeat.
Merits, however, cannot be traded. And so long as the merit trade-off is small (2-3 merits per token) you won't be able to get a Random reward roll based on costume-token merits alone.

They're free.
Whats the point.
I would certainly like to see them become tradeable.
In fact just yesterday I was over at a friends told him about the magic pack, which he then promptly bought(well as promptly as the NCStore let him) When he logged in and starting editing his main, he cringed because of how much the cost was and he didn't have any tokens left on that character. I told him that if I could I would give him some of mine because I don't use em that much.
So as I was logging on to my main earlier, I noticed that I had 55 free costume change tokens. I'm never going to use this many! I might use a half dozen in the future of my character, at the most.
So, I suggest that they be changed so that we can do something with them.
1) Let us trade them like we trade salvage and infamy. That way, we can give them to new alts who can't afford new costumes, or sell them, or just give them away if we feel generous. This could also include allowing them to be sold on the market.
2) Let us sell them to stores, or back to Icon employees for either a set price, or a sliding price based on level, much like the cost of a costume.
Edit: Also, tag veteran tokens to be untradable/unsaleable.
