I'd love for my contact to be able to use the new Mystic Fortune Power to "read" a character's future and give them a random buff or debuff before doing one of the missions in my arc

And that's silly because....?

I actually want to be able to introduce a new Macro into the player's power-tray, just so that macro could be set to something like "/targetcustom <name-of-Boss>" for when I put the player in an open-door map and they have to go hunt for a Boss... you know?

I believe that a Kheldian Gold Standard should be based on SO's, and for anything above that... there's Platinum!

Because as far as I know, contacts can't use powers on the character. Would be cool if they could, but seems like a bit of a pipe dream

That would not be that bad at all. Would help out a story maybe if you could make if statements to see if they get debuffed or buffed like if target play is natural then buff, this kind of thing and no that is not what you would have to type

As long as you realize most players avoid enitre arcs due to what you described. Well at least the debuffing part..walks away muttering something about a wasting disease debuff from a current PvE arc....

The development team and this community deserved better than this from NC Soft. Best wishes on your search.
