Recipe Storage

Like to see a place to store recipes

Yes I realize, you can do that. There are just a few problems with that...
1) Dishonest SG members.
2) Would be nice to not waste time, going to your new mish by having to stop after everyone to craft whatever recipe you want to keep.
3) Also there is the Market Value, with the flux we have...you can either sell it for a insanely low price or take up a Market slot until the value goes back up to where it should be.
4) Did I mention dishonest SG members

Is it absolutely needed...no. But, like I said, it would solve a few annoyances

The devs don't want us storing recipes. Good luck tho.

if your the leader of your sg, you can always hide an enhancement table to store the enhancements you want and noone is the wiser.

so hold on to the recipes until the end of your play session then cratf them.

the market has nothing to do with this issue.

if your not a leader of your sg, ask gor them to put in a hidden bin for you.

seems to be laziness is more the issue.

Issue 14 lets players specify different rank requirements for adding/removing from EACH storage bin. Instead of across-the-board, you can make one bin for everyone, one bin for leaders only, one bin for leaders and second-rank...etc.

The main issue is, unfortunately, the devs not wanting to let us do so. (Personally, if you have issues with some SG members, you should take it up with the SG leadership. If it's an issue with the SG leadership, it's time to shop around or make your own. You shouldn't have to worry about your fellow SG-mates.)

That said, about the only place you *can* store recipes, should you not have the salvage for them, is on the Black market or Wentworth's. Put them up with no bid until you get the salvage. Just be sure to check in more often than every 60 days.

It's the only workaround we have now.

[/ QUOTE ] Except for a few rare pool As and purples, the pricey recipes are all Pool C and Pool D.

When the devs introduced Reward Merits they did give you the way to store recipes. Since you can hold 9999 merits thats 499 recipes worth of storage from random rolls and at the very least 39 buy exactly what you want recipes.

You don't have to worry about merits being eaten by the market in 60 days since they are stored on your person. All you have to do is hang on to your merits until you are ready to use them.

To be honest that's more recipe storage than I thought we would ever get from the devs. I was totally surprised that we were allowed to store more than 250 merits.

Too bad we can't sell unwanted recipes for merits...now that would probably kill the market ^_^.

I have been in modest favor of revising existing salvage storage to allow storage of enhancements and recipes, something like a 1:3:5 set up, where each recipe requires 3 salavge spaces, and each enhancement requires 5 salvage spaces. This gives players flexibility without increasing overall storage.

Just to be clear, you're referring to vault storage not base storage right?
