Arc 4019: 'Welcome to Architect Entertainment'
That... was a very fun arc. Altho the AV at the end ate my lunch and made me eat floor, instead.
"City of Heroes. April 27, 2004 - August 31, 2012. Obliterated not with a weapon of mass destruction, not by an all-powerful supervillain... but by a cold-hearted and cowardly corporate suck-up."
I had a lot of fun with this one. I like time travel stories of all sorts, especially ones that play around with unforseen consequences. Dr Aeon's rambling was a bonus too.
I didn't think of it as time travel, more along the lines of a virtual reality arc.
as in, a lot of what's being written USEs the ARC system... but doesn't feature it as part of the story. Which made this really fresh and fun, cos it DOEs feature it.

Ill give this one a try soon Devious and give you the feedback you want.. sounds like a cool ARC, can't wait to try..
I think he means the first mission specifically, where Dr. Aeon sends you to beat down Requiem and the 5th Column just to show off that 'with this system, you can do anything' - which really is the main point of this arc: that with MA, you can do just about anything. I didn't present this as a 'tour' for no reason.
As for the AV - yeah, if you spawn that as an AV, it will indeed eat your lunch. For solo, I don't recommend it as more than an even-con EB. I designed that sucker for teams, and even made sure Dr. Aeon warns you (now updated in nice, yellow text).

Well, my arc broke due to the most recent patch. Dang, there go all my ratings. It's now republished under ID #13220.

Oh hey, I just played this one.
I mentioned this in the feedback I sent, but the amount of endurance drain being thrown around is just insane. The third mission took absolutely forever because the huge crowd around the bosses drained me instantly even with Unstoppable going. It's probably not something you can control, but might wanna tone them down just a little.
Wierdly enough, the AV at the end didn't give me that much trouble. A few inspirations and I splatted him no sweat. It was the boss in the first mission that was rough, me being an Energy Melee tanker and him having 90% energy resistance.
Arc #41077 - The Men of State
Arc #48845 - Operation: Dirty Snowball
I took a 21 thugs/poison MM and a 45 ss/inv brute through this last night and this morning. Tore me the eff up. More than a couple of the custom minions would slaughter my thugs if I wasn't dead on with the debuffs to start the fight. The boss just after rescuing the assistant was one or two-shotting everyone. Don't get me started on the cluster of minions and Lts. behind me. There was just no way.
My brute? Forget it. The end drain is just ridiculous. After the fight with Requiem, I just gave up. Almost immediately he had me down to zero end, and Unstoppable didn't do a thing.
Not gonna try that solo again.

Okay, title is too long to add 'Feedback', so I'll just put it here. Anyway, the comments thus far received have been very informative, and I want to thank the people that took the time to get their opinions to me.
That said, I really want to make this a fun arc for a great many people, and for that I'm going to need a lot more feedback. So for anyone with an interest in things that turn out very differently than what they first seem, please give Welcome to Architect Entertainment a look - even if it's just to hear Dr. Aeon ramble.
