b: a bomb or missile that fails to explode
So, a comicbook hero that was a flop... lame... a real dud.

I can't support Dr. Bong being on this list as he was meant to be funny and pathetic. It's like putting The Inferior Five on here.
Prez definitely belongs on this list as does Mogo and Pip the Troll.
I honestly have a major Hate-on for Plastic Man and B'wana Beast on the DC side and Marvel has given us the likes of Impossible Man and Paste Pot Pete nee The Trapster.
Saturday morning has offered us The Impossibles and Mighty Mightor all of which proves that sometimes a thing is so bad you don't know if it realizes how bad it is.
So, badness is everywhere, but, to some extent, it is in the eye of the beholder.
The lamest hero will always be...The Red Bee. He has powers over bees. He's a team filler type character, and he will typically get the tar beat outa him, and he will release his last bee from his belt compartment. The last Bee stings the villain just at the right moment to distract him, and the team mates jump in to save the day.
Never ever have I seen such a lame super hero. He's a DC possession. And I think he gets killed off every few years, then the teams gets a cool cover with the promise "This issue a hero DIES!"
Basically, Red Bee is the Red Shirt on Star Trek. The expendable, edible hero.

Doesn't count. I entered the original Red Bee in his pink and red red outfit, and his pet bee, Micheal or something. His suckiness overrides any rewrite.
Besides, the new girl was possessed by alien bees...so she is still kinda lame.
