I'm usually on either really late lately or else during Thursday & Friday shows...I've been sleeping til 3 pm and staying up til 6 am lately.

With the introduction of MArcs and the overwhelimg BC's in EVERY zone about MA farms LFM, is there even a such a thing as a new player anymore?
I mean JEEEZUS I was in atlas earlier this week standing next to Kyo in the AE building and a lvl 40something with NO Vet badges blind Invited us both. I just declined but Kyo was kind enough to explain to said person how bilnd invites are considered to be rude.
I understand that NPWN is about welcoming new players to the game and welcoming them to our little slice of chaotic fun which is Protector, but maybe i'm wrong when I say they would rather be PL'd on same INSANE MA, instead of being part of a CC in AP. 
But because I am a FEAKIN' RICAN and have always been more then happy to donate to any event, I have quite a few Costume Recipes I would more then glad to donate for the event on both Red and Blue sides.
Most of you know me a few of have me on global, just send me a tell when im on and where your at and i'll be more then happy to give you whatever I have to donate.

I had someone ask about when the next NPWN is going to be...and I think that if Friday June 5 at 7 pm is agreeable, we should do it then. We can hold a CC in Atlas, do the exploration badge runs (I suggest running through Atlas and Galaxy this time, if possible), the Intro to PvP FFA, and maybe the MArc thing if someone wants to volunteer to build one...I would, but I'm afraid I'd screw it up somehow, lol.

I think its more important now. When someone is that PLed they are just slapping powers in place and I'm sure theres some bad builds/slots happening because of it.
I should know I totally started out as a Winter Lordzzzz baby. I played very infrequently from the start but didnt get into it really til the end of the Halloween event. My first really big play time hit during the winter event. In one day I went from 10-22 and I just threw powers on.
I was a hot mess for a while after that. Luckily I was teaming with some great people and they helped me iron out my powers with a respec and how to "properly" play the game. yeah properly is in quotes cause theres no real right way to play the game, but still theres some concepts you should know. Like the controller should not charge in first ... LOL (i still do it a lot tho) :P
I would PUG and people would get angry at someone on the team for doing something crazy and it would be because they had just been PL off Winter Lordz ...but I never got that 
So yeah long story short (too late) NPWN is more important now to show them what they CAN do w/o the PLs

Hey! while i am noobish my self >.< could i join this? it seems funz....and i have SOME monies so i could help a little and im ALWAYS more that happy to judge a cc XD
Monies are not required, Sapp-just enthusiasm.
Right now, we have the following events, which need volunteers:
1.) Badge Hunt in Mercy and Atlas (Group Fly and/or TP Friend are helpful for this) - I can volunteer Snap Play for Atlas
2.) Pocket D Costume Contest judges-looking for 3 judges to decide the following categories: Best Hero, Best Heroine, Best Villain, Best Villainess, Best Overall Costume
The judges will also be allowed to award prizes at random (for things like Miss/Mr. Congeniality, Most Unique, Most In Need of a Makeover, etc.)
3.) I will run the Intro to PvP after the Badge Hunt, but anyone who wants to help is welcome to come. This will be set at Featherweight (level 5) and will be a 10-minute Free-for-All.
Do we want to do SG Base Tours? I think this was a thing that went over really well at least once before, and it's a fun way to cap off the night.
Also, the MArc thing can be done at the same time as Intro to PvP, because, let's face it, not everyone likes PvP. Hulkers, I have been looking for the arc you suggested. Haven't found it yet but will try again tonight.

well i would be happy to help with all of those except the badge hunt cause i will be useless in that >.< and the PvP do we got to make some low lvls and battle 0.o? cause that would be fun.....
No, I can set the Arena to level 5 and it'll exemp everyone who isn't already level 5 or below.

As far as volunteers, well, if we can make up a team of 8 for a TF, we should be able to do the same thing for a NPWN - think of it as a very long Numina TF
As soon as we set a date, I can ressurect the flyer I had last time and we can announce it at large, i.e. City Scoop, flier post on the forums, etc.
EDIT: Just a crazy idea: how about a custom-tailored MArc that would showcase some of the low-levels groups (Hellions, Skulls, Clockworks, etc.) ?
