course Ive never really worryed about what anyone thought of my pics cuz I knew they where good pics but sense I was doin a different style of pic, I didnt really know if it was a good pic or not *nods to self*...

I personally didnt realize how sensitive I was about drawing anime, I guess I have to learn to be a lil less emotional when it comes to trying a new art style...

...well im an artist.. im allowed to be overly emotional.. course it helps that the emotion turns on a dime and I think I will keep the post instead of deleting it... im just gonna use this as my ANIME thread and post all my anime pics to it ..errr... when I finish with all the other stuff...

Just keep in mind that there's a lot of variation in manga. Its like American comic style... it does have a certain "look", but with the different artists there's a lot of different takes. So don't sweat getting the eyes or whatever to look EXACTLY like one drawing... putting your own flair in it doesn't make it a failure or something ^.^

Dude, That's a really great start! I'm not an artist, so I'm not qualified to judge from that perspective. But I work enough with Photoshop doing Fan Comics and trying to draw to understand the difficulties involved in drawing. For a first shot, that is damned good work! I look forward to seeing what you do for a second shot.

its ok.. ive drawn her in my own style now.... im fine.. im not gonna explode if someone says anything negative or teasing about the second manga pic....
