I find I like my bread better if I use scadled milk rather than water, and throw a couple of eggs into the dough. So for tonight, I'm going with wheat bread make with yeast, milk, melted butter, eggs, wheat flour (obviously) and a little bit of honey.

I know, I'm waiting on getting mine so I can get my car paid off in February!!! I'm also buying a new desktop PC, mine is about 6 years old and I've been keeping it going with upgrades, but it's time for a new one with one of those fancy new processors and boatloads of RAM.

Yeah, I'm going from 1GB of Ram and an AMD 3200 processor to probably a 3.2 ghz processor and 4GB of Ram I'm pretty excited!
