I *think* Terrance Dobbs is the one that gives the mish that has the 3 bane commandos and the bane executioner. I cant' remember the mish that gives the bane scout though. Its one of the 40+ contacts though

Female. I'm trying to figure out exactly what a Bane Spider is. If it's a MM type AT or like spines or what.

Depends on what you mean.
The exact Bane Spider Commando, Scout, or Executioner is not a playable character. However one of the paths the Arachnos Soldier Epic Archetype can choose after level 25 (I think) is Bane Spider, which has a wide array of powers that covers most, if not all, of those displayed by all three NPC types.

The ones I posted aren't playable, they're Arachnos mobs you run into in mid-high level mission content
Godly is correct, the Bane Spider is one of two career tracks that the Arachnos Soldier Villain Epic Archetype offers once you reach level 24. The other is the Crab Spider. You can choose to be male or female and as an Arachnos Soldier you costume pieces and powers exclusive to the Arachnos Soldier. I don't have any screens as a female Bane Spider. I'll have some in the future, dunno when though. A rough idea of the VEATs, the basic Arachnos Soldier, and the Arachnos Widow and the four career tracks, the Crab Spider, the Bane Spider, the Night Widow, and the Fortunata are explained pretty well in the Issue 12 VEAT Trailer here: CoH movies
