Gahh! The suspense of the winning freakshow submissions is killing me! When will they announce it??
But also, very good City Scoop.
Good scoop this week. I enjoyed the article on what type of people play the game, a badge person myself.
Funny comic also.
Keep up the good work guys/gals.

So I spend 6 weeks just trying to get someone to respond to my PM so I can submit my base to the City Scoop.
And now you're not even going to show it.

Yes, not everything submitted gets put into the Scoop (even I've done a few things that had to be pulled).
Peregrine_Falcon, if you can PM me the full info (with picture links), I will see what is going on. I'll make no promises that it will be in the Scoop, but I will look over it.
Teldon, while I appreciate the sentiment, it was something I was going to investigate this week.

Ok, looking over our workflow:
You've have had another base featured recently, and we wanted to give others a chance to show off their bases as well.
Your starship base is in the lineup to be featured, even to the point of accidentally making it to the proofreading stage.
I'd expect that you will see it soon.

Just a minor correction. The name for the first piece of art in the scoop is incorrectly labeled "Lilith"
It should be "Countess Lilith"

This is an untrue statement. Nothing of mine has ever been in the City Scoop. Ever.
No biggie. I actually thought it was funny that my base didn't make it in. Hence the smileys.
I was just saying what was told to me. The last few weeks have been hectic for me with school finals.

I know (which is why I have a 3.8 GPA 
). Anyways my finals for the quarter were done as of the 16th. I'm on a break until the beginning of next month.

Thanks! Being it was the 19th, I was really torn between a pirate-themed strip and a strip inspired by Dunwich horrors. In the end... the exquisitely, the shriekingly, unnamable won out of course
...and after all, I wouldn't want an incident like last year.
