Team Butter was doing strike forces as we got to the levels that allowed them; or one or two levels after so we got xp from doing them still. Now we have a couple lower level toons that haven't caught up on their own yet so we've been doing a mix of other missions and I think we have missed a few strike forces.
Butter did (anyone with better memory jump in); Tarikoss, Silver Mantis, first respec, Ice Mistral and ITF? Most of them, but not all that are available redside.
I asked about doing SFs last night because I want my toon to get those badges, and I could volunteer to join one that is forming from BMT if the static groups are not going to do them. With the talk about forming new static teams after the current ones are finished I had gotten the impression that after we hit 50 it's kinda over for the current team and we start over with other toons if we're interested.
I wouldn't mind doing LGTF starting next week, it would be nice to have an idea of how things will stand though. I move back to Uni on the 22nd and classes start on the 26th for me, so the end of the month is kinda busy.
Hot knife only done Tarikoss and ITF (with butter). Right now I know BA is pushing to get his Brute caught up to the rest of us. Out new member Firenewt (not in the Big Bad SG) is 47 as well. Hot knife has 5 ppl, 1 that is out of range for the TF as of last night.
If the others can team up and work on missions or what not while we do the LG I am fine with that.. if they just dont play that night, does seem kind like we are leaving them on the side.
I think the main reason hot knife has not done a lot of the SF is the team has been small some nights.
once the team gets to 50 is when the team status is over from what I gathered. at that point I can go back and do other missions (or right now if they are lower as to not pass the team up)

Course, some people i've run into in games have different ideas about that. (i tend to like static teams vs pug's)
Also, wether or not i run a TF really doesn't bother me. I really don't go after badges etc.. so its no biggie to me. They are just nice XP.
For Team Butter, on this past Wednesday, we had 4 people on that were within the 45+ Level Range. We has some RL friends fill for additional fun. 
The possibility of running TF's\SF's with the Static team is fine with me and Tech. We will help out where needed. As long as we all have fun I say it can't be wrong.
If it's decided that we can\want to run a LGTF then just let me know which week works best for most.
Team Butter has done all 4 regular SF's in the game: Tarikoss, Silver Mantis, Renault's, Ice Minstral. We also did the FIRST TreeSpec and the ITF. So LG, LR and Barracuda are available for us to do.

looks like we have 3 yes, 1 no and me a "whatever". No one else has really posted anything about it. Guess a descision needs to be made if we are going to combine to run it this week or maybe we could schedule an extra weekend day sometime to run it.
My thoughts are to go for it if we won't have to leave anyone out due to numbers.
If you can wait until 830, i think i can manage to make it.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it tomorrow night.
Delaware DMV is open late one night of the week for people who work the standard 1st shift work hours. That night is Wednesday. And I have to go take a car through inspection, then drive it down to my sisters' house in Maryland so my brother-in-law can finish working on it, so I can sell it. (It's my new project to fund my retirement. We are buying old cars, fixing them up then selling them for profit)
So, I probably won't be home till 11pm eastern.
So, if you guys want to run another LGTF next week, I'll be up for that.

this wednesday was supposed to be my once a month to work 2nd shift, but instead i'm being sent out of town for a boring all day training seminar. As long as i manage to stay awake thru it, i should be back in town in time to play.

I've got a baby dom started that could be used for static, but I am not glued to it so don't mind re-rolling, etc. either. I tend to play a lot of Corrs so would like to get something else up in levels though.
I am up for another round this next year. I would not want to be a dom again, but that is because I am working on 2 right now.
All elemental or a costume that we can use with either gender. Valkyries could turn into fallen Angels or harpies

I know I said I wouldn't join another static team, but I'm hoping to be able to "guest star" many weeks. I have a VEAT Widow/Fort and an Ice/Cold Corr that are sitting around 4-7 that I'll contribute to the team. And I've been tempted to make a Crab Spider after seeing what they can do.

Well with last night run, of fun and Hero slaying that team Hot Knife did. we pulled off some nice xp. If we can keep that lvl of XP up, we should be able to start hitting 50 in 2 weeks.

Sorry about missing last night. I had planned to show, but laid down with a headache after class (around 5), and ended up sleeping until 10pm.
Well, i found out that after the 1st of the year my wednesday availablity is probaly going to change to where I can't play wednesday evenings. Unfortuantly that means I'm going to bow out of the new static team. I would love to start over again, but I don't want to play for 2-3 months and have to quit in the middle. Now if this work shift change doesn't happen and you have room at that time, i'd be interested in joining in partway thru as a replacement or a back-up player.
I will be playing with our current team until we stop and the new teams take over.

I am crossposting this on both the sunday and wednesday static topics. Due to some work changes that are coming up the first of the year, I had decided to drop out of the new wednesday static teams that will be starting soon. After hearing a few things from a reliable source at work, it looks like my playing availabilities are going to be really screwed up in a few more months. Therefor, so I am not paying for something that I may not be using, (or dropping out of a team) when my current subscription expires in mid october, I have decided to not renew until I know what is going on at work. It sounds like I will be going from mainly 1st shift to working 1pm til 11pm. (that will suck). As long as I can work something out so I can at least belong to one static team, I should return after the 1st of the year. So I have about 6 weeks to get both toons to 50. Until then, lets Play
Okay
Here is a brief recap and an opening to discuss the LGTF.
Last night is was brought up that we should run the LGTF (45+) as a combined group next week. Some seemed to be in favor and some not. Lets get opinions as to when we should run it.
In the old static group (which was the predecessor of this one), we waited until we all hit 50 and ran it as a celebration. Of course there were only 3 of us left at that time.
I have no problem with running it next week (Aug 12) or on aug 26th. The 26th would actually work better for me. Can't do it the 19th. Or we can wait awhile yet, or we can run it and run it a 2nd time when the toons that havn't hit 45 yet hit the 45 mark.
What does everyone want to do?
