Hey Hot knife, this is my 1 wed a month to work 2nd shift on wednesday, so i won't see ya until next week
This is just something for everyone to think about.
I know we have been plagued by RL issues and we have lost many players this summer, but I'm hoping that by late summer or early fall we can have everyone to 50.
Once we hit 50, would you be interested in starting over at 5th level again, either in 1 team or 2. Now here is the idea i had. What if we set up the new teams with a theme, instead of just random toons.
A few examples:
All the toons are winged Valkyries
or
All the toons have elemental based powers (fire, earth, ice etc...) no weapons, Martial arts etc...
or
All the toons are the same AT, but have different power sets
Just an idea that i had, what does everyone think?
I'd be available for another static team.
For the current teams, I was hoping that we might try to do an ITF run (even if both teams have to be combined to do it) before we all hit 50.
As i said for sundays team, I am up for a Round 2, Nice to have a team to play with. As for Hrist idea of a ITF, I am up for that as well. Hot knife has a couple that we need to work on opening the Zone (think the plan is to work on that this week).

I'd love to do another Static Team, but I don't think I should commit to it since my attendence has been, at best, spotty on this one.
And I apologize for that.
I am basically the the better half of my companies' IT department. My company is mostly a chain of 16 dealerships (although we have a few other interests as well, most of our cash comes from cars) We have 2 guys. Me, who is trained in Network Engineering, and all things supremely technical, and the other guy who comes from an Automotive Sales background who moved his way into IT about 15 years ago. He specializes in handling all the Dealer Management Software issues, and special reports and the Telephone stuff, and in a pinch he can do some Workstation Troubleshooting. Unless you're an ostrich and had in your head in the sand for the past 5 months, the Auto Industry ain't doing so well. So, I've been doing everything possible to show that I'm a Necessary component to doing business. So I've been working late, doing extra work, making sure I'm available to the high muckity-mucks for even the smallest personal IT concern, while I watch every other department get "it's fat trimmed" and people loosing their jobs. My job is important to me, and I love the company that I'm at, so I'm just trying to get through this horrible time, and unfortunately alot of my personal hobbies and time has to be sacrificed to do so.

I was kinda wondering- if we begin new teams for the Wednesday and Sunday groups, would it be in our best interests to reorganize the schedule? Bringing in different people, looking at the changes in peoples schedules who have been in the groups... and come up with a different time or day?
For me, what we have now will work all fall semester, but was just trying to put the idea out there for possible discussion. On Wednesday we had different start times for the teams based on the needs of players. I know, I over-think things, bad Hrist.
BA, that is totally understandable and I hope that you remain "safe" and secure in that job. But remember- when you do have a chance to play, there are plenty of us crazy enough to play with you.

I've always been interested how the employees on the cruise ships like it there. I'd hope that you guys have a good time, or at least high morale. One wold think that if the job sucked, it would be even more unhappy being surrounded by people who are having the time of their life at your expense.
