COH Art for *** Gold...

Okay so while this may brand me as a traitor, the fact is I have started playing that other game that rhymes with Cow... why, you may ask, well because it allows me to reconnect with my oldest DnD friends from NYC. Since I live in Canada, this is a great relief to me, as all of the Envisionaries are either Stateside or in France!

But the point is, I have been playing for a little over a month now, and man is this an expensive in game game... and I needs the blue drops! I must haves them!!!

So in order to speed up such appropriations, a friend and I are doing ART, of said game toons at a base price of 200 gold for black & white (single character no background) and 350 gold for full color.

But since I sort of want to keep this under the radar , we're currently only drawing people in our guild or have alliances with our guild members in other guilds.

This is proving to be a bit slow, even though we were promised a 4 person commission last week. But then I realized, well there are people in COH who may play both games (like me) and have gold just lying around... I could do art for their COH toon at the modest aforementioned game currency rates, and they would still get COH art if they are low on RL funds.

To this point, these would only be single toon character pieces, but if they did want one of that other game pieces, the same rate applies. I am currently on the Lightbringer server, pm me for details, btw does anyone know if you can mail currency there from server to server? If that is not possible sadly this would only apply to that server for payment.

But let me know if this is something feasible for you? Trolls need not apply, unless you have gold, actually that's not true, I am Alliance alas, so yeah trolls need not apply.

Anyway take me up on it, while the iron is hot, after a certain limit, this offer expires when our toons/alts are set up well enough.

Sorry, COH currency is not applicable at this juncture...

Actually my absence has been explained on several occasions: my wife had knee surgery in April, which caused me to not work and instead be the loving husband/whipping boy. Secondly I just got over the virus of death this weekend, had to format twice and resintall everything today... but on another note, I was playing AoC for a bit during my birthday week (first week of June), and while that game needs some serious Dev work, I stumbled into the hateful happy elf game because my latent NY friends have just discovered MMOs, 4 years later!

2 of them will be joining me on Champions Online whenever that comes out next year, but they are former COH players. Believe me I miss flying... I log on just to fly now... also a certain troll has been absent of late tending to RL matters, and well it's just not the same without Rave Time.

Though I will be home for Double XP weekend, if any of you are still talking to me...

WoW gold is such a pain in the butt at the endgame...Epic Flying Mount riding skill is an utterly freaking ridiculous cost. To put it into perspective, getting a Epic Flying Skill is like trying to get 5 full purple IO sets in CoX.

ahh I see, thanx for the comparison TS, that does help seeing I don't play/try any other MMOs other than CoX.

350 gold for full color? What server might you be playing on? I don't play any more but I can arrange through one of those "scroll of resurrection" deals to get access to the gold on my WoW toons.

Sucks, too... because I have several thousand I don't need. I'm in an endgame guild in full purples (tier 3 - 4) and can make 250 per day easy just doing dailies.

That is... if, um... I played WOW... um... *hides*
