yeah, it affects skirts chosen now or skirts that you already had when the patch went live on Tuesday. This banded screenshot that I put up earlier was this previous to the bug. And it only seems to be affecting the MINI and the PENCIL related skirts. LONG and FLARED appear normal, at least from what I've seen when I went to check at Icon.

Yeah, I messed about with it and came up with an interesting late-60s look for my Blaster, Tommi Gunn. In the link in my sig you can see her main look, which is a riff on the Family's '50s fedora-and-suit design, and she also has a modern, "hot sniper chick" costume, so I figured she could look like a killer go-go dancer.
