How to search first! (Read this BEFORE you post!)
Hey guys, I found this posting about reading before you post. I was wondering if I should read it, but I figured I'd post and ask you all to explain what the first page of this post was about. That way I could read your response about the post about reading before you post, to save me reading time. (logs off for another nap)

Good idea. The built in search function on this board software is among the worst I've used.

this is the most accurate quote of the thread!!! bravo bravo couldnt agree with you more!!!
Continue to ask other players questions. They may know your answer, or have available links to share with you related to your question/s. Also use whatever search tool works best for you. As great as the search feature is in this forum, I continue to find Google.com achieves a higher search success rate.
Be happy!
I have never had that search function find anything I put into it. Useless, Next idea?

What exactly are you searching for?
When a search feature or engine continues to NEVER find what you are searching for, this may be due to the choice of words, text, or verbiage you use.
Please give one example of what you are searching for that you cannot find, and if any in-game information exists on this topic on the Internet, I will provide you with the search engine and its corresponding web link that was used to locate it.
Another great resource are all the players who have been playing COH and COV since the beginning. One or more of them should be aware or know how to locate what you seek related to your in-game questions.
Additionally, you can post your question to GMs game developers, and even elsewhere in the forum.

been suggested use search before you post please gl all and have fun [/ QUOTE ] But I totally designed one that's easier to use. |
But you should have used Search first before you posted...that's the irony, my friend.

@Roderick
The boards has moderators...no need for kids to do their work for them.
Threads like this are just stupid.
It just shows that the OP has a too high opinion of himself and his role in this community.
If you are annoyed by a cloned idea thread, just dont read or reply in it...move on.
The board will become a friendlier place if we just concentrate on actually giving constructive advice that is topic related.
