Well, the chaos leather might let you simulate the straps to a degree. My main villain wears the Mu Mystic helm and armored pads. I didn't make him to be a Mu character. I wanted to have him wear green and black but had to go with red and black since you can't change the colors on the pre-order helms (hoping a side effect of the VEATS will fix that.), but with the Scirroco PPPs he does have a Mu sort of look to him.

It's a CoV pre-order helm from Best Buy. They had the ones with the Mu Mystic helmet, which is the one I chose from the pics of the helms they had posted at the time.
is it still available somewhere that i can buy it?

I doubt any retailers would still have any, it's been a few years. You might can try places like Amazon and Ebay, but if you find any that are used at places like that then the code would likely not be any good anymore, and if you did find a new one there may be no way of knowing which helm comes with it. When it was new which helmet you got depended on where you bought the pre-order box. EBGames had the Crab Spider helm, Gamestop had the Blood Widow helm (which later on also contained a red wolf spider helm for male characters since the BW helm is female only), Best Buy had the Mu Mystic helm, and all other retailers had the Wolf Spider helm.
dang... oh well spose i can make due for now... djeanies looks good so i'll prob use many of the ideas from it... and if i am real lucky i12 will have some costume pieces much like a mu's i can use.... i hope....

No upturned collars in the game to this date. Perhaps in the future we'll get some.

That's the costume i use for my Mu character. The mask and belt are like that for IC reason. I think the Mu NPCs don't have any belt and you can only get the helm from the pre-order edition.
So buckled leather for the top with spiked shoulder and ring strap. Chaos leather for the buttom. Wraps for gloves and feets. Blend for the long cape.(black at the buttom)

damn i got shafted... i put in a best buy code and got crab helm instead of mystic... sent in a request on that and their working on it... heres to hoping it gets fixed lol... in the mean time i'll post up a pic of my current costume here in a sec...
