There are several ways of doing this:

1) Take it easy, hand pick an experienced team. Everyone should have completed this at least once (for best results). Even if everyone is experienced, make sure the leader or Tank lays down all the instructions at the beginning of every level.

2) Do it hundreds of times, eventually you will get it.

So far, I've attempted it 6 times, haven't got it yet, but we were very close 3 times. It's just practise. The best thing to do would be to choose and ideal team, and try it with them all the time.

An ideal team is as follows:

Any Tank
Any Toon (preferably an illusion/Kin)
Damage Dealer, preferably a Blaster with a Snipe
illusion/Rad Controller
illusion/Dark or /Rad Controller
illusion/Sonic Controller
illusion/FF or Sonic Controller
illusion/Empathy Controller

I've completed with:

Assault Rifle / Devices Blaster
Katana / Super Reflexes Scrapper
Illusion / Rad Controller
Emp/Rad Defender
Kin/Energy Defender
Stone / Stone Tanker
Mind / Rad Controller
Mind / Force Field Controller <--- Me

Come within a hair of completing with lineups with various Blasters and such. You just need to be on the same page and have some builds.

ok so you had some mind controllers. I had a couple idea planned out, but I needed some questions answered before I could figure out if they work.

1) Does the old strategy of pulling Recluse to the ship so that his buffs dont have any effect still work? As in, did they change that in a patch or is that still a real strategy.

2) If we put the 4 patrons to sleep and use a snipe to pull one (lets say Ghostie), will the other 3 patrons follow when they wake up? Or will they be oblivious to the fact that Ghostie is missing.

We didn't pull Recluse to the ship. What we did was have the Stone Tanker hold Recluse off to one side while we worked the Red then Blue towers. Don't think you can pull Recluse to the ship anymore unfortunately.

We pulled the patrons apart first...we got Ghost Widow/Scirocco on the first pull then dealt with Black Scorpion and Mako.

Not too sure about your sleep strat but they aggro pretty damned quickly and you want to be careful with those pulls.

The actual biggest pain is the Arachnos Flier unloading missiles and such on you.

Well, you can still get him to the ship if you know how, but the buffs don't drop anymore... so it's pointless. This was changed with issue 10.
