"Oy! Dax looks like you gonna loose this one greeny!" Bang shouted as he winked and his whole body seemed to be absorbed into his mouth. He appeared ten feet from where Bladewing arrived at and began to randomly throw knives into the midst of the Rularuu.
Kaega shrugged, "He's right man, you are the slowest in these types of situations." He swiped his sword through the air opening up a rift. He appeared behind the group of Rularuu he pulled his sword from it's scabbard and swiped it through the air letting out a stream of bloodlust. The Rularuu caught in the beam turned on those nearest them.
They began to attack each other with a furry and strength that they previously had not known. "Hurry up Blade, I'm taking Dax's place till he gets here and every time one kills another it add's to my count."
He stepped to the side avoiding a psychic dart and stabbed Arget into the offenders throat, "I'm already up to forty and I've only done two moves."

A region of apparently-empty space in the midst of a dense cloud of Rularuu blossomed with a pinpoint of blue light, then detonated in spectacular roar of light and noise. Energon X reappeared in a cloud of blue light as he snapped open a capsule of concentrated Boron Radiation, restoring his energy levels rapidly even as his cloak failed temporarily.
"One move, one hundred and sixty-nine." he commented mildly ((Haha, take THAT, AoE cap!)). "You're looking well, Kaega... or at least as much as you ever do. Dax." he nodded. He perched on a convenient floating rock, resting for a moment, then caught sight of Bang and frankly stared.
After a moment, he winced and grunted "Magic... feh." as his senses fought themselves, mostly reporting that the newcomer was a hole in space, a moving spot of emptiness wearing a mask. He glanced around, and his brow furrowed further as he almost casually obliterated a Noble Brute with a bolt of blue-white radiance. The others didn't seem to be taking much notice, but his Nova had blown away not only the Soldiers of Rularuu, but seemed to have somehow destabilized the energies of the zone itself, tiny crackling arcs of nothingness grounding themselves on the floating rocks and warring with distortions in space barely visible out of the corner of the eye.
He shrugged. Even if whatever this was was going to kill them, there were a lot of things in the immediate area that were making a spirited attempt to kill them in a much more immediate fashion. Energon X returned his attention to the battle, incandescent blades of blue-white fire carving the Shard's perpetual twilight into slivers of noonday as Soldiers of Rularuu fell in droves.

Bang quickly flipped from one rock to another, "Oy! Who's staring at me supple backside?" He said as he dissappeared, reappearing latched onto E-X's back.
E-X quickly found his vision filled with Bang's mask, "Oy! You! What's wrong I gotta bogey on me face?"
Bang began to run quickly ober E-X's body as if he were a squirrel in a tree muttering things under his breath like, "OOHHH Shiny!" and "Ewww techy!" to "This shouldn't look like this," as he quickly scribbled a monkey on E-X's backside in black magic marker.

Taking advantage of the sudden rush of Rularuu toward some blue explosion, Acanous hopped the rest of the way to the entrance. Leaning on a wall, he tapped on his comm unit.

Bladewing assumed a sprinter's pose for a second, and then appeared next to Acanous. All the Rularuu between his starting and end points simply fell apart in showers of gore, crystal, sinew, and eyeball bits.
"And now we have three contestants left, who will buy the booze?"

A roaring blast of power blew chunks out of one of the floating islands, inadvertently burying several luckless Rularuu as they were smashed out of their own flight paths to plummet to whatever doom awaited them in the infinite depths of the Shard as Energon X' aim was thrown off by Bang scrambling all over him.
His only reaction was a dry "I appear to have a monkey on my back... side." he finished as he glanced down at himself. Then their comments registered with him. "Buy booze for you jokers? I don't think so."
A wave of his arm, a spectacular cascade of ravening energy, and a blue-and-purple blur through the opening thus created as the Blaster brought his phenomenal speed into play, and Energon X was fading from view inside the opening, calmly re-cloaking himself. "Oh... and if you've scrambled any of my systems, you little masked git, I'll be sure to give you a nice big hug before I go off in the explosion that'll make whatever destroyed this planet look like a damp squib." he added as an afterthought to Bang.

He reappeared on the back of one of the Rularuu. He leaned close and whispered something in the ear of the luckless being. The Rularuu's eyes widened as Bang jumped clear. His head began to shake from side to side as if he had a great pressure building up on the inside.
Bang counted down slowly from five, but by the time he hit three it's head exploded. "Oy! I guess I got an answer to my question! Theyy tain't thatt hard to drive insane."

Bladewing watched Bang's exchange with the Rularuu, clapping as it's head exploded.
"Ooooh nice display.....I had no idea that insanity could do that."
Dropping his voice, Bladewing muttered.
"Note to self, guard against words that will make my head explode."
Raising his voice again, Bladewing shouted to the rest of the group.
"Okay guys, Lets see what we can do about seeing the Kind One."
With that, Bladewing reached out and touched the portal orb, re-appearing moments later inside the Chantry, and staring at a complete sphere of Rularuu.
Not a loose sphere either, they were packed so close together that they couldn't even move, all for the sake of immobilizing Faathim. But they could still shoot mental and energy attacks, which could be problematic for dodging.
"Ummmm Build......I think my wet dream of me slaughtering millions of Rularuu in mere seconds is about to come true....I suggest you get in here to watch this."

Acanous followed Bladewing into the Chantry, and grinned when he saw the Rularuu hugging Faathim.
"Don't worry guys, I've seen this sorta thing before. Faathim'll help us out so long as we bust him outta that living prison."
Looking back at the Blaster, Scrapper, and (Troller? what is Bang exactly?) Ac gave a wink and a nod. "Six second rule begins now."

Kaega and Bang started laughing at once while Dax looked a little peeved. "You guys get all the fun and I get here in time enough to watch one guy die. I hate you guys!" Dax said looking at the other two.
"Fine then. There are loads more to kill and you wanna sit there talking," Kaega said trying to keep from laughing.
"I think we can do a little more than millions Bladewing," Dax said.

"Three..Two..One.."
Acanous leaped from the entrance towards the rularuu, flipping in midair to land, facing the entrance, and right beside Faathim.
"So, Faathim, how ya been?"
The negative energy radiating from Acanous temporarilly drew the wrath of the Rularuu away from Faathim, and a sudden, violent barrage of psionic energy hit Ac like a freight train.
Struggling, he tried to stay on his feet for as long as possible, but it was just too much.
Within three seconds he was down, the mass of Rularuu swarming over his body.
From the darkness within his mind, Acanous could still make out the jeering rularuu around his body.
They chattered in unknown languages, but he was certain of the jist.
It's always the same. They always think they've won, just because they can bring me down...
He focused then, absorbing the very life essence of the Rularuu into himself, transmuting it with his raw purpose, and rising from the heap of Rularuu like some dark pheonix.
"Come on now boys, while they're still stunned from my display..."

Dax broke into a smile as he reverted to his diamond cloud form. In this state even inhaling or walking through him would cause serious damage (especially inhaling). The cloud floated toward the stunned Rularuu and settled down around the stunned foes.
Bang let out a shreiking giggle as he launched himself into the stunned Rularuu. He began doing a heavily stomping jig on a few of their chests smashing bone and rupturing organs, "Oy! Hey Kegah! Nothing like that night in Paraguay, all the villagers running in fear and your ugly mug shouting 'Come get Pie you ingrates!'"
Kaega flipped Arget around in his hand and slashed a tear through the air that cleaved through the enemies, "Call me Kegah again and I'll make that night we spent wandering through Amsterdam seem like day care. And I thought we agreed to never to speak of Paraguay again."

Energon X shook his head. "You lot are all utterly starkers." He glanced around, and let loose another dazzling wave of energy, obliterating dozens of Rularuu in a single titanic blaze of glory. "Have to admit, though, you can certainly pick 'em. Target rich environment like this, in a tiny space? There's another name for this kind of thing." He upped the pressure, two stroboscopic beams of blue-white power stabbing out and vaporizing Soldiers of Rularuu in tens, then hundreds as he swept them around like the world's most lethal searchlight.

Dax 'sucked in' his crystals making them flow through the Rularuu to reform into his human self, "You see, it all started when I said Paraguay sounded fun"
"DAX!" Kaega shouted loudly as he impaled an enemy on the tip of his sword, "You finish that sentence and I'll put you in the hospital!"
"Oy! I'll finish it for ya! And Kaega was like 'Hey I got some friends in that neighborhood." Bang shouted loudly over the screams of a Rularuu he had just mooned, the Rularuu's eyes subsequently melted out of it's skull.
"Bang I'm gonna hurt you!" Kaega screamed as he was backed into a corner and began slashing wildly.
"So we get there and ten seconds after we walk through the door of a bar, Kaega gets jumped by a guy who's wife he had slept with." Dax shouted over the ruckus as he shoved a crystal blade through a bloke.
"Oy! Then Kaega started shouting something like 'I thought she was your sister,' well that guy broke the golden rule and gave Kaega a low blow. In a flash me boy Kaega over yonder pulled his shiny sword and jumped on every big guy in the place," Bang shouted as he whipped a dagger into the air and kicked a Rularuu in the jewels.
"Yeah next thing we know the whole town is up in flames, the villagers are running, and Kaega is walking through the place like he's a rooster in the hen house shouting, 'I thought you wanted Pie! Friggin ingrates too good to eat my food!'" Dax said as he spit 'liquid' crystal into a Rularuu's mouth and watched as it exploded like a grenade.
Kaega let loose a roar a swiped his attackers out of the way with a single slash of his sword. "I'm gonna kill you two!" Kaega said as Arget whipped through the air.

Acanous finished restoring his Negative energy fields, and walked through the remaining, cowering Rularuu like they weren't even there.
Where he walked, death followed, as though merely being near him brought pain to the minions of Rularuu.
"That sounds like quite a story, Kaega. Were you drunk at the time, or did that happen later?"

Kaega grunted as he caught a fist to the side of the face. He brought a knee up and his sword down effectively eliminating the oponent. "Drinking didn't happen until after we found out that the bar was the last building standing."

----The Chantry------
The last of the Soldiers of Rularuu fell, riven and bleeding, or as a fine dust, to the floor of the Chantry, and Faathim the Kind stood free of their crushing embrace, finally able to assist those who had rescued him.
Bladewing looked up, staring into the featurless eyes of one of the most benevolent beings to ever exist.
"Faathim, we have come here to ask your help, we know that Rularuu himself has somehow reformed, many of his aspects roam free throughout the Shard, and the dimension is sealed."
"I greet you all as Faathim, also called Faathim the Kind, and yes, you have surmised correctly."
"Rularuu the Ravager again walks the universe, and must be stopped, by any means necessary."
"He has reformed himself, but has left his aspects seperate, providing him with the most trustworthy and powerful guards ever, for who better to guard you than yourself?"
"By doing this he has temporarily given up a large portion of his power, and sealed this dimension to regain that power without disruption, but he has erred."
"In leaving his powers divided, he ha given you the chance to stop his plans of multi-universal conquest before they even begin."
"There is only one way to stop Rularuu, and to do this you must find and destroy each and every one of his Aspects."
"Yes this includes myself as well, but I am willing to be undone for the sake of the innocent, I suggest that you destroy the others first, so that I may continue to give you knowledge of what is being done."
"I must suggest that you first destroy Ruladak the Strong, for he is amassing an army of Rularuu to begin the invasion of your world, Rularuu himself has deemed this a worthwhile risk and will begin creating portals within a few days."
"Before you leave though, I must grant you a final warning, With Rularuu reformed, the essences of his aspects will not reform as they have before, they will do one of two things."
"Either they will return to Rularuu, and strengthen him the more, or they will enter you, and grant you both immense power, and immense internal strife, for they are not only facets of Rularuu's power, but also his mind."
"With this in mind, the one who strikes the deathblow should be prepared for whatever outcome the universe decides to deal."

Kaega looked up at Faathim, "If that is the choice I'm given, I choose to fight. I also ask that I be the one to deliver the blow that vanquishes you Faathim the Kind. I know the pain it causes one to destroy themselves, and I seek to keep you from feeling this. Bang, Dax, what do you say? Will you continue?"
Bang let out an insane cackle, "Oy! You oughtnot even have asked me that mate, now I gotsa keep going justa make sure you don't do anything crazy!"
Dax smiled a little, "Of course I'm gonna fight Kaega, this is my home for all intents and purposes here. And I more than anyone want to see the look on the Ravager's face as I ram a spike into his gut."

Energon X gave an indifferent, one-shouldered shrug. "I always expected to check out while wearing the cape. This is as good a way as any." He rolled his head about, cracking his neck as he stretched, then paused, turning his blazing glare on Bang. "You. Masked Git. If it comes down to it, at the end? I want you to break my mind. With it will go the last checks on my power, and the protoverse that I am a portal to will break forth and erase this dimension as if it had never been."
The Blaster paused, and when he spoke again, there was a hint of a bitter smile in his voice. "You would be in your element there, trickster. It is the purest of chaos, raw energy at its rawest." He hovered in place and assumed the lotus position, marhsalling his energies. "And for the record, I want that twisted [censored], Uuralur the Mirror. I've had one Reflection too many." Blue light snapped on around him, radiance with a lethal edge to it, but controlled, tentacles spiralling around in a fearsome vortex.

Bladwing took off so fast that the air where he had been exploded and let of sonic booms. Then through the Comm system came.
"Last one to Faathim buys the liquor at the afterparty!"
As he said those words, Bladewing reached the first group of Rularuu at the Chantry's entrance.
Unsheathing his No-Dachi, he began a series of blinding routines, bisecting and dicing everything in his path. Dodging psychic blasts, eggs of holding, and eyeball spit left, right, up and down. Laughing all the while Bladewing began to carve himself an incarnadine corridor towards the Chanty's interior access portal."
