To compensate for the grouping of entries and the demorecorded entries, I'm increasing the honorable mentions from 10 million, to one of 50 million and four of 25 million. So Cambios can now make a fuss over 350 million screwing up the economy, and not just 250 million!

I didn't bother voting for "Best Hero Login" and "Best Hero Select" screens because the ones I thought best weren't on the voting list.
