Hmm. Haven't had that problem as of yet but them I'm a blaster and generally just log on and start blasting till asked to join a team.
you should make a stalker or any toon that has the concelment pool and just ghost missions
My heroes are generally on Justice, and my villains are on Liberty.
And to clarify, I've got a regen scrapper and a fire brute that I could solo with, but I think it's a little absurd that I'm restricted to play my solo characters. Especially, in an MMO.
Maybe I've just hit a string of bad luck, but it's getting incredibly frustrating.

just because its an mmo doesnt mean people will always wanna team. Some ppl tend to prefer soloing(search PuG threads) after being on purely bad team. And since you mentioned that this was a MMO where where your sg mates?

Where's the fun in that?
Not sure about Justice, but Liberty seems to be fairly low-population... so during workday/school hours, or overnight, teams might be hard to come by.
Put a shout out on the global channel for the Envisionaries - if you're not a member of that channel, you should be.

Yep I'm proud to be a part of the Envisionaries, but I've got the toons I've been playing for 3 years than unfortunately aren't on that server

Can you draw a picture or take a screenshot of you not being able to team? Just so the forum is on topic? 
Seriously, I have a pretty full boat on Pinnacle and I can hang out my LFT flag for hours and not be able to find a team. This is even during peak. On Virtue and Freedom, if I have invites turned off, I'll still get someone asking me to team about once every 45-60 minutes. If I do actively look for a team, I usually have one within five minutes of putting out the request.
I'm just pretty settled in with the fact that my Pinnacle crew will spend a lot of time solo. I'm okay with that. When I want to team, I just hop over to Freedom or Virtue.

You have it backwards. If you want to team play your brute or scrapper. Something that can do all the killing/work for the rest of the team. That's who people want to team with.
I have it backwards? Or the OP? QR's are usually more meaningful marked as such.
In any case, I've had trouble LFT on small servers with all ATs so while your advice has some merit, it isn't the whole answer. All I'm saying is that it's unlikely to change so just put your soloists on the smaller servers and embrace the state of the game.

Ok, so the last 4 times I've logged on I've found it IMPOSSIBLE to find a team. What is the deal? Are there so few people playing the game now or what?! I flag myself as looking for missions, tell broadcasts, IM's. I waste half an hour trying to team with anyone, for nothing.
Several of my characters were designed to be support characters, whether it's my defender who is nothing but support, or my ice tank that is an agro god, but doesn't do much damage.
I know, my fault for designing characters as team support, but then again...with an MMO I just assumed there would be other people to play with.
And this 'team void' seems to span at least the levels from 18 to 44.
What am I supposed to do? Am I forced to respec my characters to a solo character just to play the game?
