Very nice guide. One piece of information that I think is key that is missing is the level range around your character for which you can get salvage. Now, I've seen mixed reports on this, so I'm not even 100% sure on what it is. For defeating foes for Salvage, can you get it from any foe -4 on up to you? Or is it only foes that, at least, con Green to you (which means minions are -2, lieuts -3 and bosses -4)? I've seen both explanations, and don't know which one is correct.

The latter. They must con at least Green to you. Any other information is false. You can not get recipes or *invention* salvage from greys. If anyone want to challenge this, then post a screenie from Live to prove that greys drop.

Yes they must con at least green to you. And I can confirm that the lowest level I've seen invention salvage start dropping was level 3 from a +1 lieutenant.

I'm sure it's in there, but it is very late and my brain is getting sleepy so I need to ask. Do all of the special IO's need to be slotted in the same power to get the set bonus? For example can I slot my Battle Drones for Blood Mandate: Accuracy/Damage and Blood Mandate: Accuracy/Damage/Endurance... then slot my Protector Bots for Blood Mandate: Accuracy/Damage and Blood Mandate: Accuracy/Damage/Endurance, and in doing so get the set bonus for having (4) Blood Mandate IO's installed? Or would I only get credited for (2) Blood Mandate IO's since each power only has two IO's from that set?

If I am actually only getting credit for (2), I'm also assuming that the bonus, which in the case of Blood Mandate is +1.5% recovery would be stacked to provide +3.0% recovery since I have two powers slotted with (2) Blood Mandate IO's?

You would get 2 verisons of the 2 slot bonus.

In that case the 3% recovery

Thank you for clearing that up for me Cat. Something else I just thought of while going over the planner trying to figure my IO sets... If I slot with a set that gives me a 2.5% damage bonus, as a mastermind does that bonus apply to the damage my robots do, or is that a bonus only applied to attacks I perform myself? i.e. Pulse Rifle Blast or Photon Grenade.

All IO Set Bonuses only apply to the character, never to the pets.

The only new special IO thing that affects the pets are specifically listed for the pets -- the IOs that provide "pet aura".

You are free to sell all of the invention salvage and recipes you find at most stores for the infamy or influence.

Can you sell crafted enchancements at a vendor? If so.... where?

You cannot. However, there is one loophole: Respecs. If you respec and "cash in" your IO's you get either the full crafting price, or for a generic, you get half the crafting price back.

What makes this loophole relevant?

You get crafting price on the IO's in your tray.

Alphonse spends 400K and crafts a level 50 Dam/End Executioner's Contract, only to discover that it goes in SNIPE sets and not RANGED sets. Glumly , he goes to sell it at Wents and finds that sale prices range from 100 to 20,000 inf. He puts it up for 5K and stomps off to make some Death Mage suffer for not explaining things to him.

Bob is going to respec his level 24 fire/fire scrapper, because Flurry is just not funny any more. He swings by Wents and finds an amazing bargain: a level 50 Executioner's Contract for under 10K! Bob puts it in his tray and does his respec as normal... except at the end he gets 400K more than he otherwise would have.
