Hey, guys! This year's FREE COMIC BOOK DAY event goes down in just under a month--Saturday, May 5th--and if you're in the Pasadena, California area, have I got a deal for you!

I'll be signing and sketching, along with along with Philip Tan (Spawn) and Stan Sakai (Usagi Yojimbo) from 12 to 4 at Pasadena's own Comic Odyssey. So not only do you get free exclusive comics from every major publisher--you'll also get an original sketch of your CoX character. Just bring along a screenshot, and we'll hook you up. Hope you can join us!

A bit more about FCBD:
Comic stores across the country will be handing out specially-produced books, all completely FREE, from every major publisher. Marvel's offering two books this year: a Spider-man title from Dan Slott and Phil Jemenez, and a Marvel Adventures title featuring art by yours truly.

Officially titled 'MARVEL ADVENTURES: IRON MAN & HULK,' this issue contains an all-new cover,

and a 10-page Hulk story by myself and writer Paul Benjamin that serves as the prelude to our upcoming series, Marvel Adventures: Hulk!

Y'sure, Juggs? Here in Edmonton my friendly neighborhood comic outlet participated last year and are planning to do so again this year. You might want to check around and see if it's the same where you are...

And a big w00t for Dave for earning the privledge of writing not only for Marvel, but for their FCBD special, no less =D

I'm from Calgary originally (thus the cowtown comics in my art), but I've been living in Seoul for the last 5 years.

No givaway here.

How cool! Hope you all get a good turn out for it!

I wish a comic book store around here would have special guests for their FCBD...heck, I wish there was a comic book store around here period.

*sigh*
